Excellent location, very kind hearted owner and his wife.Good rooms with patio and dress changing area. All time hot water.Dream land ,all kids amusement centers , chocolate factory, waterfall,jeep treaking are in just 5 km distance.This home stay doesn't provide food , but has kitchen,if someone wants to cook. Otherwise there are restaurants nearby , one can order and it gets delivered at location.

Mr. Mathew's exceptional hospitality made the stay enjoyable. Although the view from the room is breathtaking, Kunchithanny may not be the ideal location for those seeking a chilling climate like Munnar. To truly experience the bone-chilling cold, one must be present in Munnar rather than Kunchithanny.
While Mr. Mathew, the owner at M3 Homes is exceptional in delivering top-notch hospitality, However, it is disappointing that the nearby hotels do not meet the same level of quality. Additionally, the travel options in the area seem to be excessively expensive, giving a sense of being taken advantage of. The local travel services seem to overcharge, leaving visitors feeling exploited. I had hoped to find a place with a chilling climate where I could create wonderful and unforgettable memories with my family. I specifically set aside time from my busy schedule to make it a splendid experience. However, it didn't turn out as expected, as although the view was good from the room but the temperature in Kunchithanny was much higher than in Munnar. Moreover, the nearby hotels offered food of poor quality, and the local transportation services seemed to overcharge for short distances, making it feel like people were taking advantage of tourists.
