Spacious, comfortable apartment with everything you require including a parking space at the doorstep of the building (at the rear - so nice and quiet). Location, right on the edge of the old town and harbour, was brilliant. AND the bonus - very straight forward to drive out of town for day trips to Pula etc. Zoran was very helpful and friendly.
With the above said, just need to advise travellers of a few things. Check in for us was across town in a busy area then follow Zoran on his vespa to the apartment - process can be a bit stressful. A great location comes at a cost. The 24 hour bakery next door was busy on the weekend so a bit of noise. With the bus station around the corner - the buses were passing quite regularly. Thankfully, with the cooler weather at night, we could close the windows when going to bed, so were not affected by the noise as much. Neighbours in the apartment above were up early🤣!! And lastly - the parking was great but had a few problems when the neighbours would park 3 cars nose to nose. With all that said - we would stay at Casa Villa Carducci if we returned to Rovinj.
The bed was too firm for us.

Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Herr Zoran hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben, uns alles erklärt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns Restaurants empfohlen und dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
