We didn’t use the breakfast area, location was fine
Ear plugs would have been good, yes we understand sleeping above a lively bar isn’t ideal, but the music was good so we didn’t mind that so much, it was our neighbors in room 5 having a blazing argument, smashing glass against our bed head wall, the male trying to kick doors in, they continued this until 4am. We thought the female in the room was in danger and called down to the bar to report the room been smashed and the crazy drunk man slamming doors, trying to kick doors in, smashing glass , throwing things across the room and been all round extremely aggressive. We got a call back 20mins later. The owner said if he went up to room 5 he might make the situation worse so it was best to leave it. The couple continued to scream and thump walls/doors until 4am. My husband got dressed and lay on the bed nearest the door in case the male from room 5 went to kick our door in by mistake, we honestly didn’t feel safe and were very close to ringing the garda
