Peaceful and quiet area you can bike safely both on Croatian and Slovenian side.
Warm and friendly hosts. We appreciated the breakfast served early in the morning for us.
Large rooms and comfortable beds.
The suite had all we needed and everything was working fine.
Bonus: The Kupa river is clean and relatively warm in early September even this close to its source.
No real complaints, just some observations.
The suite with river view was fine in hot weather, but I would not recommend it during colder wet periods.
Some kind of bike rack inside the yard to park/hang 5-10 bikes would be useful.

Vila Viktorija is located right next to the Kupa river. We liked the huge yard the most and the rooms are very comfortable. The owner is kind and interesting man. We will definitely visit Vila Viktorija again!

The apartment we rented was spacious and had a nice location at a river. Owner was very welcoming and provide all the information we needed.
