Чудовий готель, з прекрасним розташуванням подалі від шуму і галасу, і, разом з тим - в пішій доступності до всього, що необзідно. Дужу уважний і привітний персонал, що завжди підкаже, допоможе, і не залишить без уваги. Також - смачнезна кухня.

Особливо хочеться відмітити персонал в кавʼярні.
Дуже привітні дівчата.
Приємно здивували зібрані сніданки в дорогу, оскільки ми не могли поснідати через ранній виїзд із шале.
Погана шумоізоляція.
Чутно сусідів, через яких навіть важко заснути.

Great staff always friendly and helpful.
Nice big room with a very comfortable bed.
Super clean, everywhere inside.
Good wifi.
Parking was not a problem.
Been many times to ski in Bukovel and from my experience i find this place at the lowest value for the money.
Had to pay the room in advance + 20euros "damage" deposit. From start you are treated like a potential bad client.
Cant pay the room with card, only cash. Wonder why!!?? They accept cards only in the restaurant.
Bad, very bad, noise isolated rooms, you actually feel like there are no walls between the rooms. I don't recommend this hotel for a romantic break, unless you're into this kind of stuff. Or if you have active and loud kids like mine, you'll probably end up fighting with the whole hotel.
Water stinks...badly, not something that you would like to drink.
Poor breakfast. Coffee not included, you have to pay for it, a small but annoying detail.
Early morning skiing it's a unique experience, every time is like the first. It is so exciting to see the sun that slowly appears from the peaks and illuminate all the landscape. The colors change from blue to orange and pink, as the day takes over the night. Well, you won't have this experience unless you skip breakfast cause it starts only from 8.
