Great varied breakfast options. Attentive , helpful and polite staff everywhere throughout the hotel, and one who remembered our coffee choice at breakfast 😎. Really appreciated the staff member who helped repin my sari prior to attending a wedding . The Raintree restaurant is a hidden gem at the rear of the property. The tasting menu is very large and we couldn’t finish ours. Great service at Raintree and Verandah restaurants . The Lady Connemara Bar was a relaxing space for a drink and nibbbles . Made to feel welcome for all of our stay.
Our booked hotel driver arrived late to take us to a wedding event, and then he didn’t know where he was going and we had to provide him with directions using google maps. Thankfully we didn’t run out of data to use enroute . Always worth double checking the driver knows where do go . Perhaps the hotel could have checked that he had the right directions . It was stressful .

The property was beautifully managed. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful! The serving staff was equally delightful! Overall, I loved my time spent during the three days of my stay!
The wait at the breakfast table- but that wasn't a big issue, as it was managed rather efficiently!

The location is very central. The staff were good and helpful.
The carpets in the corridors had a very strong musty smell, this hit you when you get out of the lift. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. The hotel is showing its age, time to renovate.
