We had a pleasant stay at Mirilayon Hotel. The location is excellent, with a tram stop nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city and visit the main attractions. The availability of a lift was also a great advantage, especially when travelling with luggage.
A special thank you to Mr. Salahudin for his kindness, attentiveness and genuine care throughout our stay. He was always approachable and made sure that guests felt comfortable and well looked after. His warm hospitality was truly appreciated.
Another great advantage of the hotel is that it offers spa and massage facilities, which are a wonderful addition for guests looking to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
Overall, Mirilayon Hotel offers a convenient location and welcoming hospitality, making it a good choice for visitors.
The breakfast was quite basic and could be improved with more variety and better availability of essential items. For example, butter was sometimes unavailable. The hotel looks a little dated, and the rooms and bathrooms would benefit from a thorough renovation and modernisation. Some improvements to the interiors and facilities would make the accommodation more comfortable and appealing to guests.. Apart from this, we had a pleasant stay.

The room we booked was very good. It was the large room for five people.
They put us in a different room, which was really bad. They moved us around to three different rooms, and it took a whole day before they finally put us in the room we had originally booked, because we kept pushing them and asked to change rooms.
