Most of the staff was friendly. The room was clean.
The lack of professionalism from the check in / out representative. She was emphatic in debating an issue regarding the rate. The property is shabby in many respects. Not typical at all for a Ritz property.

Nice place friendly staff.
Food was very expensive. Although not their fault, taxis in St Thomas are a complete rip off. Hotel should provide accommodation to and from airport but they dont. My party of 8 spent over $1,000 in one 24 hour period moving from airport and back and to do one evening outing. Guest services staff refused to accommodate any shuttle service and completely ignored my phone calls and multiple emails requesting help before hand. We had to just wing it.

Beautiful views. Use of the residence property
Kids in the adult pool. People had their own little boom boxes. No cash. Only place with snack food closes early
