120 marches et une chanbre trés basique. A éviter.

Il y avait de l'eau chaude et du wifi.

Les 120 marches pour accéder à l'hôtel. La manque d'accueil et d'information (système de treuil pour monter les bagages mais rien pour signaler notre arrivée). Manque de personnel. Vue plus que médiocre sur des fils électriques... Chambre très basique. Pas de petit déjeuner. Aucun service.

Lovely and peaceful. Really clean and comfy.

Really clean. Had the best night sleep I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve been here 4 weeks. Really nice view from my room was very peaceful and quiet.

Nothing really, a lot would say there’s lots of stairs to get to the apartment but what’s wrong with a little exercise. I quite enjoyed it 😂

We took the double room with Mountain View and it was gorgeous! The room was also spacious and clean and the balcony was nice. The staff were nice, they amended our non-refundable booking for free, let us check out late, and did housekeeping / made the room when we requested. With this room we had no issues with footsteps/noise from other guests or staff.

The location was a bit far out. From west railay pier it was about a 12-15 min walk to the Last Bar where the stairs to the hotel begins. The location and the stairs were a bit of a pain - it was a bit of a hike to get back every time. The room we got also had the bathroom down a short flight of stairs and I think lacked ventilation so there was a bit of a musty smell. Also we did not find food options at the top - it felt a bit isolated but the privacy and quiet was also nice.

Great view, cheap and cheerfulish

Bedroom was comfortable and nice view out over limestone cliff tops

Odd bathroom setup and staff could’ve been more hospitable - waited for 15 minutes to checkout before giving up and running to catch the ferry

El alojamiento tiene unas vistas muy bonitas

Pusimos la tarjeta de crédito pensando que el pago era de esta manera, cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos dijeron que NO SE PODÍA PAGAR CON TARJETA, menos mal que llevábamos efectivo. Tiene muchas escaleras muy empinadas para llegar al alojamiento. El Google maps no te manda por el sitio correcto. Hay que abrirlo a través de booking.

Beautiful views & good wifi

Beautiful views, sizeable rooms, great air condiitoning + fan, and it even has a little fridge! The wifi was consistently strong enough from the rooms to handle video calls, can't complain.

Some may find it annoying that you need to walk up a good few stairs to access the property, but I didn't find this an inconvenience at all. Well worth the great views, only takes 3-4mins to get to from the water's edge

It's very quiet and calm, amazing view. the air con worked very well

Comfy stay if you don’t mind walking/climbing 150 steps

amazing views, comfortable bed and nice towels, clean, food places nearby were very affordable, still only 10mins from the beach

shower pressure was very weak, property is further than shown on Google maps, staff don’t speak much English and check in took longer than expected

lots of steps and a bit run down. But Railay is nice!

bed was comfy, room was nice and big. Good location, easy to get everywhere.

bathroom was pretty grim - the door was rotting and the shower didn’t drain properly meaning the bathroom floor was always wet. the air conditioning in the room was good but it was SO LOUD that we couldn’t sleep with it on. Also those stairs are hectic.

Amazing View! questionable service

It is an absolutely amazing view

We stayed for 3 days and the room was never cleaned, no water etc it's an amazing place to stay if you visit Railay, but be prepared to mostly pay for the phenomenal view

Disappointing

For $70 a night, this was a complete joke. We ended up leaving and requesting a refund, which we never received. The expectations are high for a room $70 a night, but this should have been $20 a night. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but not what should be expected with that price point. Also, there are SO many stairs, and it was pouring rain. With nearly 1k of metal stairs, steep up a mountain, it just wasn’t what we had expected.

you’ll hate yourself climbing up those stairs to reach the hotel then love yourself once you see the views this place gi

location overlooked the cliffs. the rooms were spacious. the staff was very helpful it’s all about the spectacular views of railay

a bit run down but you could just say has character we loved it.

Nice place

Very nice location at the top of the hill. The room was clean and spacious, and well equipped. Air con, mini fridge, fan. It is not a luxurious room, but more of a bungalow/rural-type of accomodation, which is what we wanted. The hike can be challenging for older people, so you need to bit moderately fit.

When we arrived at 3 pm there was no one at the check in desk. We had to go walking and looking for someone, tired and under the sun...

- very nice view - nice but small room otherwise nothing really stood out :) but everything was fine

i didn’t mind but: it’s a pretty long walk up to the top of the hill (also: don’t trust google maps.. it’s going to direct you to the other side of the Railay, where you can’t get to the hotel) other side note: there’s just a curtain for the bathroom, so not a lot of privacy ;)

Superb

We had a good stay at Railay Hilltop. The view was exceptional, it was worth the stairs at the arrival. The room was comfortable and quiet, very good bed and equipment. The staff is very welcoming and keen to help.
