Perfect!

I loved everything about this hotel. Super cute, very Mexican style and super well looked after. The staff was super nice and the walk to the beach is very easy and safe. Also on the way from the hotel to the beach you can find the best food I ever had. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in.

Exceptional

Brilliant little hotel, about 400 metres from the ADO bus station. Surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The manager was extremely patient and helpful with all sorts of advice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely comfortable hotel with tradtional decor and a great pool

This family owned property is wonderful. We received a warm welcome and we were very pleased with our room. It was spacious and clean. The daily cleaning was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. The pool is very welcome and a great social area. The decor is traditional Mexican and we like that a lot. The location is good as it’s on the outskirts of the really touristy 'strip' but still easy walking to the beach. The bar next door provided a much needed beer on our day or arrival, and the coffee place Ocho's on 4th has the BEST coffe ever

The shower head really needed descaling as so many of the holes were blocked that the shower wasn’t that satisfying. There were no glasses or tea making facilities in the room although we did receive a couple of mugs when we asked for something to drink out of.

location is close to the beach

No coffee/tea at the location, no water as a nice welcome. The shower took a very long time to warm up. There was no bottled water the other hotels we stayed at at least gave us water. We found cockroach inside our room. It was raining and we asked for umbrella as we wanted to go for a dinner but the receptionist said they don’t provide any umbrellas.

Good value for money

The location was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Wifi was not good but other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Lovely traditional Mexican hotel.

it was centrally located but not quite in the thick of things

nothing honestly. we all felt welcomed, staff was kind and helpful. kept our bags while we shopped and called us a cab when we returned so we could move on to the next town.

The room was pleasant, the grounds and pool are very nice, and the staff are wonderful!

The staff was the best!! Very friendly and helpful. We loved the trees and plants in the courtyard and the pool!!

The room didn't get much natural light. The location was okay for us but other travelers might prefer to be closer to the action on 5th ave.

Stay at the hotel was wonderful! Room was very spacious and clean and the whole hotel had a very cozy vibe. It was super central and less than 10 min to the beach. Big Walmart was also cca5min walking distandce if you need a shop. Staff was super lovely, especially the receptionsist who were super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel!

Beautiful boutique hotel

Lovely place

Really nice hotel, lovely yard, we came here based on our friend's reccommendation and it did not disappoint. We stayed just for three nights but we wished we could have stayed longer. It's on a good location, but far away from all the noise. The bed is huge and comfy.

We would have liked to have something to put our towels and bathing suits to dry, but other than that everything was great.

Great stay, going back for the 3rd time now

It’s so close to town yet very quiet. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Nice garden and pool!

The shower was very weak, took a long time to wash long hair properly.

Great stay and value for money

Great staff which gave us great recommendations and tips on tourist attractions and activities. Were very helpful overall. Very comfy beds and spacious room.

A general problem of hotels in mexico, rooms should have better windows to prevent outside noises. This hotel was not noisy but it could have been better

Lovely location

-great location away from the proper hustle and bustle of Playa, but not far from some great restaurants and the famous strip -room was very large and well equipped -pool was nice and colourful

-we weren’t told anything about breakfast, but heard it through other guests that it was available -shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot - no in between -our water stopped working in the room and a bad smell was coming from the taps. -not enough deck chairs around the pool

Nice hotel for a fair price

Staff members were very very nice, helping with everything needed. The hotel was beautiful, like a traditional mexican hotel (very colorful) and I liked it very much. The location is great- quiet, and yet not far from the main streets. There is a free parking just for hotel guests which was great and handy! The AC was very powerful which was perfect!!

The water pressure was very weak. The water was cold and the hotel owner (which was always so nice) explained to us that we need to let the water flow for 5-10 minutes and then it will get warm. It worked, but still wasn't convinient to plan your shower in advance everyday..... The cleaning service was not so good. They change the towels and the sheets but it didn't look like they wash or whip the floor, so we had sand on the floor for serveral days.
