The swimming pool was a great alternative to the sargasso-filled beach. Staff was helpful, room was pleasant and clean. Location was very nice: walking distance to bus station and city's 5th avenue, yet quiet and non-touristic neighbourhood.
Breakfast was in nearby cafe. Good portions if not very imaginative food.

location is close to the beach
No coffee/tea at the location, no water as
a nice welcome. The shower took a very long time to warm up. There was no bottled water the other hotels we stayed at at least gave us water. We found cockroach inside our room. It was raining and we asked for umbrella as we wanted to go for a dinner but the receptionist said they don’t provide any umbrellas.
