Located in Hampton Beach, this lovely condo for $241 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This new upscale condo with beautiful ocean views and private balcony has easy access from major roadways to the off street gated parking (1 vehicle), no need to drive the busy boulevard. View spectacular sunrises and local fireworks display from your private balcony. Located on the boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Directly across the one way street to the beach, this second floor unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a true queen size platform sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress as used in Disney World Resorts. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, nutri-bullet, dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There is a 55" HD LG TV in the living room with Blu-ray/DVD player, 2.1 channel sound bar, Cable and Wifi. Play your own music through the blue tooth enabled sound bar, or connect with a 3.5mm cable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided. The unit is easily accessible by secure, coded elevator.

The condo was perfect for our vacation! Beautiful view, great location, simple check in/out process, very nice finishes and comfortable. One of the best stocked rentals we’ve stayed at. It was very clean. There was a small issue with fruit flies between the previous check out and our check in but Steve was proactive in reaching out and did all they could to remedy the situation plus accommodate us. Would stay there again for sure!

We had stayed with Bonnie and Steve in the past and were so happy we could return. The place is as amazing as we remembered. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. They weren't able to meet us upon arrival but made sure our check in went smooth via text. Which we greatly appreciated. We hope to come back again in the future.

This property is fantastic! We have stayed at several VRBOs, as well as 3 different condos at The Surf. SEAesta Surf was probably the best we have stayed at. Steve and Bonnie were communicative, and very helpful. They gave us tips on the stove, the washer and dryer, restaurants and events in the area, and were even available to talk me through when I initially had trouble with unlocking the door. We would gladly stay here again. The only issue, is that they are so good, it is hard to find a time that is not booked! Thank you for an amazing vacation:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the condo itself had everything we needed and was very well appointed. The outside patio faces the water and almost every morning we got up early to watch the sunrise. We would definitely go back again.

Steve and Bonney are the best! From the beginning, great communication, met us and even helped unload the car. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The SEAesta Surf was the perfect place for us to unwind for the week. The beach is my happy place and I thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and watching people set up their spots for a day on the beach. It doesn't get any better than being able to walk across the street and be on the sand. Inside, the condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Perfect!

This beach rental was perfect with great location, away from all the boardwalk action, stores and restaurants all within walking distance, shows, great food and very responsive and pay attention to detail hosts, Steve and Bonny. We were very sad to end our time at the beach. Everything you need is provided to make your beach vacation stress free. They have thought of everything. What a delight to stay here, and right across the boulevard to the beach! We loved it and are grateful to Steve and Bonny for providing us with such a positive experience!

Our stay at SEAesta was nothing but stellar. The cleanliness and attention to detail for our comfort was outstanding. The location put us in the heart of beachfront activities from sand sculptures to a balconey seat for fireworks! This is a destination that will remain on our repeat list!

Best experience I've had with VRBO and I am not just saying that. The owners went out of their way to make sure our experience was comfortable and memorable. I travel more than 6 months a year for business and I never stay in hotels. This is bar none the best experience yet in over 3 years of rentals. This is the way all VRBO experiences should go. Best location on the beach. We loved just relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view of the ocean. Immaculate condo with everything that you could ever need. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Easy check-in. I even left an item behind by accident and they immediately mailed it to me.

Wonderful Stay

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Expectations were exceeded in every category - spacious, spotlessly clean, extremely well-equipped but still plenty of space for our stuff. Very comfortable, spectacular view, close to attractions. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and made it clear we could contact them, but we didn't need to. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at the condo. It is on the first floor which gives you a bit of street noise while windows are open or while on the patio. But other than that, there where no neighbors noise at all.
They went above and beyond with supplies for your stay. From beach towels, tooth brushes, extra TP, paper towels, ziplock bags, everything you could possibly need, they had it! I have stayed in many places and this was the 1st that was that well stocked.
The bed was very comfortable.
Unit was clean.
I would make a couple of suggestions. Instructions for the heat/ac where not in the welcome book but rather in a drawer. The information for the “tunnel” (tunnel to the street from the parking lot) was not given but found out by a neighbor. The ice maker is not hooked up. I found out the hard way after making a drink. There were ice trays (empty) in the fridge. I brought ground coffee but when opening the Keurig, the fillable holder was not there. I went out and bought the individual coffee pods only to find the fillable one in a cabinet later. I’d put in in the maker for the next person.
Other than those minor changes, I wouldn’t change a thing.
