SI VAS CON AMIGOS EXCELENTE, PARA IR CON FAMILIA HAY LUGARES MUCHO MAS PLACENTEROS.

La ubicacion hacia la playa es excelente, asi como las instalaciones de piscina y restaurante, la comida muy bien servida y a buen costo. el servicio del personal bien.

la habitación en planta baja estaba ya bastante deteriorada, el que el baño no tenga la ventana hacia calle es algo incomodo, nos dieron controles para tv y aire acondicionado el cual nunca funciono, menos mal que hay ventilador.

Perfect location, really nice pool area. Absolute must stay for Puerto Escondido.

Absolutely loved the property. The pool was great, the location was perfect, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was amazing (good portion sizes).

The rooms were nothing special but were fine. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Amazing stay and I would do it again!

This hotel is amazingly located in front of Zicatela Beach and close to all possible restaurants. Rooms are nice and have AC in them which is a PLUS considering how hot it is. The pools are amazing and the couches and chairs around are plenty. I had no noise complaints to give but I did travel and stay during the week and not weekend. The staff are super accommodating with whatever you need and try to help you as much as possible even with the simplest or things. The breakfast included in the restaurant up front by the beach has amazing views and is a must as they do have 3 different restaurants owned by them so you do get options! The breakfast is greatly portioned and well worth it for it to be included in price. Overall I had an amazing time here and will definitely be going back in the future. Only 12min from the airport too by taxi!

Not a place to have a nice restful stay. Nit recommended for families neither for people looking for a peaceful place.

too noisy. There was loud music every day. My family could not have even a good night of sleep due to loud music and loud guests hanging out by the pool after midnight. One window frame fell off when I tried to close it to reduce the noise.

Great place for families

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room, linen, and towels were clean. Room was cleaned every day. Nice big, smart tv. AC worked great. Lots of families stay here so definitely not a party place if that’s what you’re looking for. I never had an issue with the noise from the street because my room was in the back, but those with an ocean view beware.

A little run down and pool could be cleaner.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful beach destination.

The staff was so great. Very helpful and friendly. Great location and amazing views from our top floor room. The on site restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and we ate there almost every day.

The big dance club across the street was super loud and they stay open pretty late. I didn’t mind so much but others would probably find it frustrating if they tried to sleep.

The staff are really nice and helpful, the rooms are good size and have great air circulation. The restaurant serves AMAZING food for a great price. The wait staff is also kind and quick!!

WARNING BEWARE: the owner is running some type of scam where he tries to charge children under 5 for their breakfast that is supposed to be included! I had my 3 kids with me and he tried telling me that since my two under five were "free" to stay that they had to pay for the breakfast that was included with our stay!!! Took me two days and two phone calls with Booking.com to sort it out...and of course the kids breakfast was included!!! So be careful of the scam!!

few relaxing days at Puerto with nice beaches close and nearby

the location was perfect, helpful staff, and a very good breakfast (surfers one particularly good). room was huge.

not because of the cost but breakfast should include a free juice. spoils an otherwise tasty breakfast. rooms at the front noisy because if the clubs. despite we had pay for a sea view we decided to move to the back of the building to sleep better. toilet and shower room need some work to modernise. lack of providing shampoo.

Got very little sleep!!!!

location was good. staff were great.

we got an ocean view room and from 10 at night till 3:00 in the morning every day music played across the street so loud we couldn’t sleep. The owners of the hotel also own the nightclub across the street and allow this to go on. I don’t understand how they could care so little about the comfort of their guests!!!

Enjoyed our stay, pool area, restaurant with a great menu

Beautiful location. The breakfast was more than what we expected, so delicious!

The room was outdated. Tiles on floor lifted and broken. Shower drain grate was broken and dangerous when showering and toilet was leaking.

a really enjoyable stay

it was amazing, so clean, huge pool, rooms were lovely and big and the staff were so friendly and helped us with any questions we had. there’s a fridge in the room as-well which was really handy to have for snacks and drinks. they also were able to help us book an early taxi to the bus station with no hesitation

the food in their restaurant was a bit expensive and not really worth what you got so we only ate here once

Amazing staying in Playa Zicatela

The staff was very friendly and advised us on prices, tours, etc. We arrived earlier and since our room was ready they let us go in without any problem. The breakfast included was very tasty and the view amazing.

The shower had a very strong sewer smell.

Superb

Location, internet, restaurant and breakfast, pools. I asked to change my room because of the noise and the staff tried hard to help me. ATM in hotel.

Needed more staff on at reception. Some very noisy guests and screaming children. Noisy if have street-side room, but that's the same with all places in Zicatela. Was a little hard to find at first because just looks like a restaurant and the name of the hotel is not at street level. It's not really "bungalows", more like a hotel complex.

Ok, low priced and not luxury. Well situated, very service minded staff.

Clean the swimming pool daily please! Rules for silence and forbid children to swin after 8 p m as they are rather noisy when playing in the pool and take a lot of space.

Staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, the pool and outlook deck are beautiful and breakfast was abundant and tasty. great time!

location is the best part. the pools are nice and warm the rooms are clean and the staff was amazing

the beds could be more comfortable. the tv did not work at all. but it was Oky, we didn’t go on vacation to just watch tv.

Relaxing

it was close to everything, beach is walking distance. Convenience stores were right next to the hotel. Breakfast was included and it was clean and the staff was nice.

The last night we stayed there, power went out and it was hot so we had to sleep our las night with no electricity. we were not offered another room or a refund for that night.

They changed our first room. Because the shower it's not an a good condition. One of the beds terrible had a nail and my sister get little hurt.
