About this house rental
Nestled in North Miami Beach, this lovely house for $127 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Contactless entry. We have implemented strict new cleaning protocols designed to disinfect EVERYTHING prior to your arrival. This property is less than 7 miles away from the Hard Rock Stadium, less than 4 miles from the beach, and 10 minutes from the world famous Bal Harbour Shops and beaches. This is a huge two bedrooms two bathrooms duplex. Private entrance, free parking in front of the house, billiard room, new full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Separate outdoor grill with sitting area, each duplex has its own grill. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing, partying, or job hunting. Make yourself a home cooked meal, relax with a good book or a good movie. This is a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. Amazing property with 5 Stars Reviews. Very old part of Miami with mature vegetation and paradise like garden. Near Aventura Mall, Haulover beach, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles beaches. The living space is over 2,000 square feet. This is a duplex, please refer to property number 4728834 for more information on the other duplex. NO MARIJUANA/WEED SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors. The pool will only be heated in WINTER, December 21 through March 21 to the maximum temperature allowed of 84 degrees. Please be aware that this is a swimming pool, and NOT a hot tub. This home is for the stated amount of registered guests. There is not outside guests allowed in the premises without the expressed permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation. There are cats in the yard. There are security cameras in the front yard, near the entrance door. The gardener cleans the property on Mondays and Thursdays (twice a week), and the pool guy cleans the pool on Wednesdays. This property is not handicap or obese people accessible, there are steps and the furniture is not reinforced. My favorites restaurants nearby: Café Crème, Rice House of Kabob, Kappa Rolls + Bowls, New York's Big Apple Deli Inc., Basilic Vietnamese Grill, Mignonette Uptown, Ivan's Cookhouse, Jumbo Buffet, Farofa Taste of Brazil, Sushi Sake North Miami Beach, and many more restaurants to choose from just a few blocks away from the house!!!

The owner was amazing. Responded quickly. Fixed an issue quickly. The place needs updating alot. We knew that by the pictures tho. There was an odor of a musty or sewer but a couple of air freshners dud the trick. The refrigerator needs to be bigger. Beach Towels would be nice. Overall it was doable.

Great location for distance to shops, beaches, Hardrock Stadium
We enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the cats, and some unexpected wildlife-Racoon, Iguana's, and some Opossums.
Very private location, with lots of coverage that technically at this time of year (JAN) doesn't see much sun and the water temp was well below 80 degrees as notated when selecting this location. (maybe we need to ask to have it heated up to 80? not sure?) We feel we should mention a few items that kept us from rating a 5: the place is extremely dark inside, limited size fridge, (does have two college sizes there to help-but limited) pools of rain gather outside kitchen door, (limits patio access) pots & pans are aged-worn, laundry is outside by other rental unit, renovated bathroom has very limited storage-shelving and shower floor is extremely slippery; we also suggest asking about recycle or trash pick times to avoid over filling barrels. Everything else is great, as described, I would recommend, and would stay again. The property manager is onsite often, very nice and has great suggestions for local food and entertainment. Our true rating should be 4.5, enjoy!

There are cats everywhere, which we enjoyed. We also had nightly visits from 4 young racoons. Very fun! The house was atypical as the kitchen was more of a bar and counter set up with no real place to sit for meals. There was a large pool table right in the middle of the living room. We had a lot of fun playing, but there wasn't a traditional place to sit and talk if you were with a group, or a good way to watch TV. The bedrooms were large, private, and the beds comfortable. My son and I had a great time!

My fiancé and I stayed a week on this property in the east side of the home. There are three residences on one property. The owner, Ana is a wonderful host and she gives you all the privacy you would want for a romantic stay. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you would need while on vacation. Plenty of space with the feeling of home even when there are others staying on the property, you’re space is private. Older house with a lot of character. Ana is very communicative and accommodating in every way. Comfortable beds, very clean and many animals on the property. While sitting in the backyard, we saw iguanas in trees, cats (that live there), hawks, lizards, raccoons and opossums! Lush landscaping and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

This property has everything you need including a lot of character. The backyard is very beautiful either day or night. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and above all... the beach (Sunny Isles/ Haulover). Reasonable drive to Sobe and Downtown. Ana Maria was very attentive and responsive. The pool was wonderful and clean. The manager was so nice and was quick to meet our needs. Like a working corkscrew! lol The owner even made us some fresh homemade cookies. Everything is so close by.

Truly the Oasis
From the first impression to the last this property restored my faith in vrbo. The Lions on the gate greet you as to you walk into another world filled with lush greenery, a sparkling pool and a home with great energy. The home is eclectic and filled with sweet memories. The pool table and upgraded kitchen made this a new spot for the family. Ana, our host was very sweet and easy to work with.

Property is great. Swimming Pool, BBQ grill, lots of vegetation and nice shade to protect from the sun.
Owner is great, responsive and attentive.
A couple of comments to manage expectations to new guests:
* outdoor space is shared with another listed property, so you may have neighbors with you on the pool/grill. We had it for a few days and it was not an issue, but if you want 100% privacy, it is something to consider.
* the inside of the house that has the billiards/pool table is very dark as there are no windows providing natural sunlight. It takes off a bit of the mood of the sun/beer/swim/billiard vibe. (Bedrooms do get lights and are very spacious).
Overall - great property, would definitely consider it again in the future.
