Otelin konumu, temizliği, atmosferi ve çalışanların güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Her detayın misafirlerin rahatlığı düşünülerek hazırlanmış olması kendimizi çok özel hissettirdi.
Otelin Alaçatı’nın güzel atmosferini yaşarken aynı zamanda huzurlu ve konforlu bir konaklama sunması bizim için büyük bir artıydı. Odalar son derece temiz ve özenliydi, kahvaltı ise hem lezzetli hem de oldukça keyifliydi.
Özellikle çalışanların samimiyeti ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları konaklamamızı daha da güzel hale getirdi. Ve resepsiyondan DERYA, GÖKCE , ortak alandan KADIR , TEMEL VE DİLEGE sonsuz tesekkurlerımı ıletmek istıyorum daha once hıc bır otelde bu kadr evımde gıbı hıssettırılmedım . Alaçatı’ya tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırız. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz!
We were truly delighted with our stay in Alaçatı. Waking up to the beautiful sounds of the flute and cello during breakfast was a very special and enjoyable experience for us. Starting the day with such peaceful and beautiful music made the hotel’s warm and elegant atmosphere even more unforgettable.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, with its location, cleanliness, atmosphere, and the friendly and attentive approach of the staff. We would especially like to thank Derya, Gökçe, Kadir, Temel, and Dilek for their sincerity, care, and hospitality. They made us feel completely at home.
It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully prepared with the comfort of guests in mind, which made us feel truly special. Our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was both delicious and even more enjoyable with the live music.
When we return to Alaçatı, we will stay here again without hesitation. We would like to thank the entire team for this wonderful experience and their genuine hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel!

Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich glaube allein das Personal beeinflusst die Bewertung von den Menschen. Ohne dieses Personal wäre meine Bewertung sogar schlechter.
Leider war das Zimmer sehr sehr veraltet und nicht sauber. Es war wahnsinnig laut da wir auch Straßenseite hatten sodass wir mehrmals in der Nacht geweckt wurden. Täglich war ein Atemberaubender Gestank im Zimmer was von den Abflüssen kam laut Personal. Eigentlich würde könnte ich vieles schreiben nur dem Personal zu liebe lasse ich es dabei
