Listening to Ganges laughter

The room size was decent. The location near Ganges was awesome. The food was decent. By default, it's on the higher side of spices, but if requested, they can make it as per once choice.

Location of room, from privacy front, it was not good. It was directly opposite to the restaurant and public view area. During night lights from outside was coming directly in. One can't keep the curtain open for the outside view. I will recommend if they can use tilted glass for that floor and one floor up.

Great location, decent food, snobbish front office staff.

Location

Behavior and attitude of front office staff, both during check in and check out. Devoid of basic courtesy, condescending behavior as if they are doing a favor on customers for letting us stay here ( as if free). Certainly not expected from a hotel at this price point. And in a calm place like Rishikesh.

Only room view.all overall is very bad experience

Staff behaviour is not good. When we are checking they not given good response and when I check out they not given bill . After so many arguments they given bill.. we are call checkout time for luggage they come after 1hr we are call four time then they come. It's really not good service..

location was good… room was good … spa service was very good… food was average…

staff.. billing issues .. not supportive at for billing …after paying for 3 person while booking still they charge me for extra bed … staff was not in denial mode … when I asked about my concern they didn’t have proper answer to it…

A very rewarding short holiday.

Superb location. The sight of the Ganges flowing gently below the hotel is a wonderful sight.

Breakfast could be more varied even if vegetarian.

Overall Not happy. Will never stay there again

The view from Hotel is great overlooking to Ganga river. But they charge really high price with disgusting service .

The Rooms are small, property is old, the corridors are stinky, Customer service is poor , Over charged .

Superb

The staff, service, and location

The water in taps was brownish colored on the first day stay. The glass windows in the lobby, lifts, restaurants, etc. were unclean and not providing a clear view of the river. However, on our suggestion, both issues were promptly sorted out, which is greatly appreciated.

ad we arrived at night they tried to give us a room with no hot water and no wifi with lots of stairs after calling the manager and a little argue we were upgraded go a dissent room that’s the Indian way u have to stand and check everything

Terms and conditions are more important than anything

It is the location of the property which gives it edge over others, rest all services as as average as they can be.

We were assured of late check our at the time of our booking but when the time came the reception created chaos and showed us that terms and conditions propaganda. We as a customer are now more afraid of the terms and conditions more than the services a hotel offers. We were with an 8 month old baby and a 72 years old heart patient, all this went of terrible due to pressure of hotel staff

Excellent Location right on River Ganga also having beautiful view of green mountains. Property has one spot from where you can actually take a dip in the Ganga safely. Higher floor rooms have balcony facing river & mountain range

It could have been more cleaner. Housekeeping staff wasn’t of professional level. Food in the Restaurants could be still better

Spa center was amazing. Thanks Dr Manish. Only his attitude helped to spend my birthday well. Thanks Anita for her job.

Check-in at the hotel was at 3.30 we were waiting 1.5 hours! I called and warned that it was my birthday and I have plans for the day. The man on the line was very polite and promised attention and a compliment from the hotel. In fact, the room was dirty, and in the evening we could not have dinner outside because all the tables were occupied. The maximum price for such a room is 5-7 thousand, but definitely not 17. The management didn't care about anything. They weren't interested. But the junior staff was great

Resort was adjacent to Ganga with private beach access. Spa was very good and food quality one of the best in Rishikesh.

Great location, property and staff service needs some upgrading,

Good location. Room was good, great views. Main restaurant is good with good breakfast spread.

1) Bathroom leaked the whole night and was a big puddle in the morning. Though they were prompt in fixing it in the morning 2) Lobby is too cramped and when we arrived we went into the restaurant next to the lobby to have lunch. It had flies on the table (and few dead on the window sill). Food took a good 30 mins to arrive (we were told from the restaurant below and not sure why we weren’t asked to go to the hotel restaurant directly for a better meal instead of servicing us in the dilapidated coffee shop. Room had two big glass water bottles but empty when we checked in. 3) Next day needed two reminders to fill them. 4) At check out we were given a bill to pay for full amount when the full payment had already been made at booking. Had to show my account with the deductions to get the right bill. 5) The hotel lobby is really tired looking. The coffee shop next door is awful. Needs a serious upgrade. The rest of the hotel too needs some sprucing up. Staff is trying to do well but service needs to be really better. This is at best a 3.5 stars hotel. Not a 4 star.

Location was perfect in Tapovan .. Laxhman Jhula bridge is approx 15/20 min walk

WiFi was poor in the rooms unless you were in the reception
