Lovely little riad minutes away from Jemaa al fnaa. Small unconnected store for drinks n snacks literally outside.
Very clean with really lovely staff. Breakfast lady was a sweety. The building was beautiful inside. The room was spotlessly clean on arrival, with gorgeous bedding, towels n complimentary toiletries. It was very quiet at night. I loved the hard beds, super comfy!! Breakfast wasn't fancy but still very nice. No pressure to finish quickly. There is a very small roof terrace with lovely views.
There are no external windows in rooms, it's very typically moroccan. There is a window into the beautiful hallway. The air conditioning was super efficient. I'd happily return.
I had a twin room with my son, which was very small. But we had what we needed.
There was a water leak behind the sink which I mentioned to staff but no one fixed it.

Close to Djemma El Fna Square.
Breakfast was inconsistent. Sometimes we got cheese, sometimes we didn't, same with the omelette & the butter.
There is no shelf at all in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Great value for the location only a few minutes to the main square. Breakfast was basic but what but freshly made. The room was good for the price and I’d stay here again when in Marrakesh.

The location is great.
There is no AC. Because of its location, opening the window to let the air in means yhe outside noise also comes in. And the noise from the street won't die down until 2am due to the people in the market. Ear plugs might help.
The ceiling fan only offers minimum help to introduce some breeze. Also, there is no pool in this hotel. So if you can't bear the heat, you might need to consider other ways to cool down.
There is no lift, so be mindful and not having heavy luggage. Also, the hotel is not accessible by car, so if you book any tour, you need to arrange a different pickup point (i normally specified Grand Hotel Tazi, which is about 3 min walk from this hotel)
The breakfast serves from 8.30am, but the tours normally start before 8am. So you might not have time to get breakfast from the hotel.
