Very nice property, staff are attentive, food is tasty and well priced.
Bathrooms in the rooms do not have doors and offer no privacy (there is a sheer curtain that doesn't close where there should be a door). The Presidential suite has two levels, and the second level is accessed by dangerous stairs without a proper handrail (very dangerous for someone to use in the night when going to the bathroom).

Gorgeous property, extremely helpful staff, delicious food & drinks, wonderful rooms, and a fantastic pool!
Nothing! I will say that we ended up paying more for our food & drinks than we did for the accommodations, so if you are on a budget, watch your spending!

There are no other options nearby, so they charge a lot because you don’t have a choice. They lure you into staying in a very isolated location that is expensive to reach, which means you can only eat there. The food is terrible and expensive. They don’t provide complimentary drinking water, which is a first for me at a hotel this secluded, and they charge a high price for it. The buildings, pool and garden looks larger in the photos. There is really no area to walk around, and the road is right next to the property, so there is constant noise from traffic.
