Big broad and clean . Omelette in breakfast was excellent . Fine dining at Punjab restaurant was high class

The overall ambience was pleasant and enjoyable.
The kettle in the room, originally white, appeared pale and unclean, which was quite off-putting. The food was average, and the complimentary foot massage turned out to be unpleasant—the therapist was continuously on a call, even on speaker, which felt very unprofessional and disappointing.
