Masramon is a beautiful villa with its own private swimming pool of 6x3, with views of the Montgrí Park and 900 metres from the beach.
It consists of a suite and four double bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and garden. In the living room there are two sofas, two armchairs and a fireplace. The dining room has space for up to twelve people. There are three complete bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has a terrace with a dining table for up to twelve people and an area for sunbathing with sun beds. The garden has grass lawns and native plants and trees. There is also a barbecue and private parking for three cars.
The surface area of the house is 175 square metres on one floor, suitable for up to twelve people. The surface area of the parcel of land is 1000 square metres. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.

The house faces south-east with views of the Montgri Park. To the north is a woodland nature area protected by the local council of L'Escala. Here you can find a path which leads from Mateua Island to the port in L'Escala.
Cala Montgó has supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops.

On arrival at this beautiful villa, we had a very warm welcome from the hosts. The villa is situated in a beautiful spot, 10-15 mins walk from the sea with a superb shaded outside eating area with stunning views. The property has a great swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens. The house was ideal for our family of eight, including twin babies and cots, and highchairs which were provided. Very clean, comfy beds, rooms with fans and blackout shutters and an abundance of family pictures, paintings, and personal effects, we felt like we were staying in a home rather than a commercial property. Absolutely loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return another time. Thank you to our hosts Cristine and Oscar for going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay here.

We were 6 adults and 5 children who rented a beautiful house in L'Escala, close to Montgó. We had a great time. Loved the house and the service from Coasta brava for rent was perfect!
