Situated in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $130 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. If you're looking for a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom poolside condo with a partial view of the ocean, this is it!! This is a townhouse with the Master suite on second floor with full bathroom providing privacy from your company. Junior suite with full bathroom on the main floor with lanai off the bedroom and living room. Enjoy morning coffee watching the manatees and occasional dolphin. Enjoy cocktails watching the sunset. Fully furnished kitchen where you can enjoy cooking. There are many restaurants within 1- 2 blocks walking distance. Additionally, there is a full service marina, CVS and bike and boat rentals within 2 block walking distance. Also if needed there are 2 medical clinics on the Island. Enjoy the largest heated pool on Fort Myers Beach at Santa Maria with a hot tub or a short walk (yes 1-2 blocks) to a private beach access or the public beach. A trolley ride will take you to Publix Grocery Store or all the way to Times Square. Times Square is where there are many eateries, souvenir shops and the Pier . A short drive to Lover's Key State Park will give you additional outdoor options. Naples is a short 20 minute drive for shopping and fine dinning or a visit to the Naples Zoo. The property was fantastic and Colleen was very responsive. Unit was exactly as advertised and we definitely enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony! Fort Myers Beach, however, is definitely still rebuilding after Ian. Most of the restaurants and shops are still closed but the crowds were small and beaches were all in good shape. Good luck to all those still rebuilding! This property, however, is in great shape and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean unit, worked out great for our needs. Only small issue we had was to get the upstairs cool, the downstairs had to be freezing. After a couple days we found a happy medium to make both areas comfortable.

We love staying at Santa María when we visit FMB. It’s quiet, convenient to everything for us and has a great pool.This was our first time renting this unit and it was so clean and comfortable. Colleen is a great host and we would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is cozy and clean and close to the beach. Colleen was very fast responding and super kind and accommodating to our specific needs. I would love to stay here again. I appreciated the insurance requirement as I do have a service dog and helped with extra cleaning fees. Lovely all around!

Colleen was in touch a week before we were set to check-in. It felt good going in knowing we had all the information for check in. We had a lovely time at this property. It was quaint and cozy with everything we needed for a quiet beach retreat.

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The unit was located on the 4th floor and the balcony over looks the pool area. There was a covered parking spot that has plenty of room to load and unload your vehicle. The whole complex is very clean and safe. Even though I'm an large older man that does not like to walk much, I had no problem walking to the beach. The host has a cart with beach chairs that you can use if needed. The unit it self has an upstairs large master bed room (King Bed) with a full bathroom, which includes two sinks and a walk in shower. Great water pressure and Hot water. The down stairs had another bed room (Queen bed) and a full bath room.. The Host was very responsive and was awesome to several messages we sent. This is our new favorite place and will defiantly be staying here again if available. I can see this place being booked constantly.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night out of ten due to Hurricane Ian. Our host was amazing communicating with us and arranged the return of our belonging. Will be back one day.

My daughters and I took a girl's trip to celebrate their birthdays! The condo was perfect. We all enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The condo had all of the amenities we needed, plus more. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had an amazing vacation on the west coast athe property. We saw Manatees from the dock daily and it was amazing. The kitchen came fully equipped for us to prepare delicious food we brought. Even towels, fun noodles and rafts. We will be back ❤️

Great location pretty close to Lovers Key which is a better beach! South of all the crazy traffic and partiers, but still easily accessible to visit the north end of Estero. Really appreciated this property having beach amenities included. Chairs, umbrella, some toys. Nice and clean. Would stay here again!

This condo was clean, beds were comfortable and items to enjoy the beach were included. Easy walk to the beach, and so convenient to Santini plaza-shops, restaurants, and ice cream! The pool was fantastic and loved that there was a hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our week stay at this property. The listing was just as described and perfect for our needs. The condo was clean and had all needed supplies for our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. We loved being within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants and the private beach access. We will definitely look to stay here again when we decide to visit again.

We loved Santa Maria!!!! The condo was so spacious, the kids loved they there were two floors, the beach was walking distance, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful! We ate lunch and dinner @ Sandbar Grill (walking distance). We loved the pool, the hot tub, and Colleen (our host) was awesome! Colleen’s communication was so efficient! We would 150% stay here again! Thank you Colleen!!!!

The property was loud because we were near the pool. It was ok clean but the WiFi didn’t work, the master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work and the hallways were very dirty. Minimal instructions regarding beach towels, what to do with laundry when we left. Due to construction we had to boil water to drink. The condo was very dated in general😫,

This condo is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with friends or family! Colleen was an excellent host with quick communication. The friend I was traveling with locked herself out of her room and Colleen was quick to get us in touch with the maintenance staff! She also recommended local eateries and things to do! The entire complex was immaculately clean and the pool was a perfect temperature. The beach is just a short walk away. Highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for a weekend getaway. Loved the location. Beautiful view of the marina, and about a five minute walk across the street to the beach— just be mindful that construction is being done on the sidewalks around the community. The condo was impeccably clean and well maintained. We loved being able to walk to restaurants ( highly recommend Fishtails for lunch and/or dinner!). The condo came equipped with everything you need for the beach ( chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.). Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience here! The unit was very clean, the pool was warm and everybody at the complex was very nice. The beach was great. There are beach toys in the unit and beach chairs to use. Colleen was great and quickly responded to any messages. I would definitely a book this unit again.
