The complimentary breakfast was great, staff were very kind and accommodating to all needs ( airport shuttle, motorcycle rental, island hopping, etc)

Will be staying longer next time and try to make it to attend to the party that they are hosting.

Great staff. Very attentive and helpful. Great location and very cozy, homey atmosphere.

Wifi not available inside room. No tv, phone to call front desk. But then again you’re in Siargao, there’s plenty of stuff to do outdoors than staying inside the room. It’s still an amazing resort.

Amazing place with high vibes and happy dogs.

Stayed in Harana for 6 days last June and had a good experience. The room was cozy, clean, air conditioned (with the occasional power outage which was normal), and smelled fresh which also had a beautiful balcony to chill on while letting the rain pass. I ate at the restaurant several times because it's so convenient and located right in the resort which the food was delicious and the free breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The restaurant was also a nice hang out spot for wifi, drinks, bean bags for sitting around, and the live band at night. The resort offered scooter rental and surf lessons which was perfect. The location was perfect for me as Cloud 9 was a short walk away and the rest of the bars/restos were all in the GL area. Overall my stay was a positive one in which I would def stay again! The staff was also super friendly and already knew my name by the first day.

The price for the stay was a bit on the more expensive side compared to other accommodation since Harana is a pretty well known resort in Siargao, but I think it was worth it in my experience and I think people will be really satisfied with the service/accommodation. People have said the Saturday parties here could be an issue but for me it was a positive because I was able to go right on up to my room whenever I wanted instead of waiting in line to use the bathroom lol then just come back right down to the party.

The breakfast was great. There's a lot of options to choose from. The location is great and very accessible to everything. The staffs are super friendly specially when we arrived at the reception plus the welcome drink.

The noisy guest from the top of our villa. They walk very loud and it's annoying. They are running when they're going up and down.

Hanara is great, beautiful comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped us with our airport taxi, massage, bike rental and surf board rental/ lessons. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and clean. Really good location and also very good food (and excellent coffee). Overall excellent value and would 100% recommend!

Overall a great stay, they have a huge beach party every saturday, the party finished at 12 midnight which was nice cons

-Great resort for surfing and if you want to be away from crowds -Well kempt huts -We loved the resort’s restaurant called Bayani, plenty of breakfast choices, totally recommend the chocolate mousse

-The communication from reception, café and restaurant were quite bad, they ended up charging us double on check out for our iced matcha latte drinks which we had almost everyday but paid for everyday as well! explained it to both reception and restaurant but they didn’t keep record of it?? This was very disappointing.

The restaurant and rooms were great. I really loved the cotton sheets which were comfortable to sleep on a hot night. Loved everything and only wish I had booked more nights here.

The location was perfect! Easy to get around from where we were at..the staff was wonderful and made sure everything was good. Rooms are comfy,basic and simple. Food was great and over all it's value for money at Harana!

Good connectivity

The location is excellent - very close to both General Luna and to Cloud 9, so it gives you easy access to either. There is solid internet (better than at most places in Siargao) which is definitely positive, and they have great dinner-options in the restaurant.

The breakfast offered. Both in terms of the food quality but also that for some reason "the coffee corner" is not part of the hotel offering, so any breakfast excludes coffee - you pay for this extra. Then if we wanted milk with your Americano, that was an added cost. I get that the hotel is profit-based but if the bar and the residences have a different owner than this can be internally arranged and reflected on the overnight price or whatever, but to serve a breakfast without coffee seems like a cop-out? Same when we tried to rent a scooter through the property - I get that there is a referral fee paid to the hotel, but the "Discounted price" was still 1/3rd on top of what others offered that it felt like abuse. Needless to say we did not bother enquiring for other services like surf lessons either

Beautiful villa, awesome staff

We got the family villa and it was very spacious for a group of 3. A minute walk and you’re by the beach already. More than anything, our group loved the staff—cecile, maricar, jason, mac, and the rest. They were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful 1 week isnt enough. Free breakfast was good, too, including the coffee. P.s. order the tuna sisig, the best

Fabulous

Almost everything. My villa is a dream. Felt like I was in a paradise for days, waking up with nature and super nice rooms. Staff are also accommodating. Location is great (++beachfront :) )

For bed to be a little more softer. I hope they improve their wifi access areas.
