Where living is easy and Summertime is year round. Our smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure providing plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious balcony. Panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking from this unit. A patio dining table adds extra comfort for the ultimate outdoor living experience. Did I mention you can see for miles into the Gulf of Mexico, and see down the north and south side of the beach? Picturesque sunsets, parasailer’s, and beach and boat traffic can all be viewed from our 8th floor location. Perfectly situated as its location is not too high or too low to impede on your privacy and still hear the amazing sounds of the surf. The community heated swimming pool is huge, the surrounding deck areas is spacious. Complimentary WiFi internet. Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to the area resorts and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, sailing, charter fishing, daytrips for shelling and dolphin watching, or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. Sunset Grille Restaurant/Sports Bar which is located off the main lobby. You can stroll along the beach to area Hotels for shopping, dining, and their beachfront bars/grills. Evening life can include dinner at the Movies, where you can enjoy a lite meal with beer, wine, soda's or coffee. Or just a romantic stroll down the beach. Your walk on the beach might include finding a sand dollar, horseshoe crab, florida fighting conchs, or site an osprey, or bald eagle. If your sport is golf there are championship public courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park only a few miles away have basketball courts, play ground and toddler water park area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park, and Caxambas Park. Local areas Nature Centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center. Check in process was a hassle but not apollos fault- rental agency’s. Condo was not as clean as it should have been. Towels were very nice. Location & view were fabulous!! Sunset Grille is also great place- fun & good food.

We had an excellent experience. The condo was affordable and had everything we needed. Amazing view!! The only thing we didn’t expect was the public access right next to it. The beaches were crowded everyday but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely go back!

The condo it self is what we expected. We have been staying at the Apollo for the past 10 years and have stayed in many different units. The bed seemed very old, pillows all the same and not different firmness, the ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken, we could not turn up or down. The circulation in the bedroom was awful. The chair in the living area seemed broken and 2nd hand. And, as we are huge coffee drinkers, a little five cup capacity maker---unrealistic. Yet, with adjustments made we had another beautiful time.

Couldn’t ask for a better spot on the beach!! Best shelling we saw the whole time was right outside our window. Marco is a wonderful island and we will definitely return!

This property met most of our expectations and we had to rate it a 5 star. It was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful shower. The balcony view was great day and night. The beach chairs & umbrella were great. We recommend the restaurants & grocery store at the Marco Town center 10 minutes away. St Mark's Catholic Church is 5 minutes. The only thing lacking in the unit is a need to update the coffee and drink cups & glasses. We had an enjoyable time and would return,

THE CODO IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. FULY STOCKED! WE ENJOYED WAKING UP & SITTING ON THE OCEAN FRONT BALCONY & WATCHING THE DOLPHINS PLAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Balcony was terrific but rest of unit was very small and closet and other storage was very limited. Swimming pool was shaded most of day as it was on the side of building, and in between two tall buildings.

Can’t say anything negative about this stay. Key pickup and check-in was easy, unit was very clean and comfortable, location and view were excellent. We definitely plan on returning.

Have nothing negative to say about the unit itself. Ocean view was nice. Bar/restaurant on 1st level made it very convenient to not to have to go out. Felt like a senior only building -too quiet & too many restrictions. Would've been nice if owner had provided beach chairs & cooler like every other rental I saw offered. Due to Hurricane Ian we were only able to stay 3 nights instead of 7 but was only refunded less than half of what I paid.

Everything was just as mentioned in the listing. I was disappointed in the glassware or lack thereof. Plastic glasses were unappealing in scratched and just did not look sanitary. I assume it has to do with no glass, no breakage. I purchased my own glassware and brought them home with me. All in all I would recommend this unit to anyone considering a stay on Marco Island. Thank you. BTW the food at the Sunset Grille was awesome!

We had a BLAST. Everything we needed was there and perfect for our stay! We slept good and had the best showers ever all week with the best water pressure especially after being on the beach all day! Everything you would want to do was is close proximity and the area was very nice and peaceful! Checking in and out was a breeze and everyone at the front desk was nothing but helpful! We will be back for sure! We had the best vacation!

The place is tight..:I wouldn’t want to stay here with more than one other adult. It was clean when we arrived and had every utensil we needed EXCEPT the charger for the vacuum cleaner. Everything worked fine. But the refrigerator is SMALL. So don’t buy a lot of things to be chilled at one time. Same for the freezer. I’ve never stayed someplace with such a small oven either. Could definitely use an upgrade. The sofa sleeper was ok, I’ll give it 7 out of 10 stars.
It’s a great area, always felt secure. Covered parking was a bonus. The beautiful sunset view was always a highlight of the day. Be sure to try out the Sunset Grille downstairs. Great food and drinks. Enjoyed the mojitos.

Dirty, disrepair, poorly furnished!
We have spent the month of February at the Apollo for 6 years now. Four years we rented 908 from a private owner (until it sold) and the last two we were in 805 from Keller Williams (because it was all we could get for the month of February). Unit 805 had excessive dust on the walls & decor, the grout on the floor was filthy, the register cover inside the closet with the furnace was off (therefore the grate in the hall was caked with dust), kitchen amenities that were subpar to begin with were missing or broken. The middle of our last week the metal handle on the sliding door broke. I emailed my contact at Keller Williams to notify them, but didn’t even get an acknowledgment of my email. We have already met & toured the units we have reserved at Apollo for 2023 & 2024 and look forward to a much better experience! With so many things neglected in 805, I have to wonder if smoke alarms & sprinkler systems were in working repair, and if it was really safe to stay there!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time in Marco Island. The unit could use a little updating but accurate to pictures. Shower is awesome due to plenty of pressure. View from the balcony is mesmerizing. The beach is challenging to navigate due to lots of shells. They are difficult to amble over to get to the water without good sand shoes.

My husband and I stayed here for about a week. It smelled of fish and lotsa bleach. Bed linens and comforter were dirty as well as most of the bath towels. Mold and dirt in the bedroom window sill of which we had to have open because of the smell. The view from the patio was awesome. Overall, we think that the property was well maintained and had just about everything we would want. Although the kitchen was small, we managed to prepare a few meals there. The view of the ocean was spectacular.

We fell in love with Marco Island and this unit 2 years ago, and were thrilled that we were able to rent the same one again last month! It is decorated in a colorful beachy theme. It was very clean and everything was in working order. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out when we weren’t on the beach. The view from the balcony is fabulous!! Everything went smoothly from the time we booked to the time we checked out! One more very important thing to mention is how super comfortable the mattress is! We will definitely book again!
