Great communications with the host! A perfectly charming place to experience the Cotswolds. Low ceilings so beware, but it was well appointed and the fireplace was so nice to have on chilly nights.

Beautiful location, lovely host and a gorgeous house

The cottage was picture perfect! I and the family found it lovely.

I was very excited to stay here. The property is picturesque and in a small, charming village, but we had some challenges. First, the pros: good amount of space; prime location for photographs and feels special staying in the place where so many tourists are taking pictures; friendly neighbors; stylish decor; proximity to Bath is convenient; the host responds to messages. Now, the cons(for my family): driving on the one lane street with two way traffic into the village(not host’s fault) and parking our car was stressful- the garage was too small(the car would likely scrape on the sides), and parking in front of the garage as instructed would obstruct traffic to other garages; despite the property having been cleaned, bugs were present at our arrival and came back every time we returned after outings- mostly pill bugs but also some tiny crawling bugs and a couple of flying bugs- our kids made a game of counting and disposing of them each time we returned(perhaps less of an issue in cooler seasons?); very hot inside with no fans available, so opening windows and chancing more bugs entering was the only option available(it was unusually warm for the area during our stay based on comments of locals, so this may not affect most guests); low head clearance at kitchen entry and top bedroom; toilets would not flush effectively; washer/dryer combo did not dry; hot water had odor; no trash bags and no local manager to bring any. Hopefully, our issues won’t be problems for others.
