Breakfast was really good along with the seafood soup (Great) and appetizers were excellent with prices very comparable to our South Florida home. Pool area is beautiful and spacious. We liked the location. Easy access to the Red Hook ferry or short ride downtown.
Being stuck in a room up on the hill, at the mercy of the intermittent phone system for a ride most anywhere on property. It sure would have been nice if there was a spa on site for a simple couples massage.The swim up pool bar must be up at the hilltop pool. My number one complaint, NO Landshark!!! At a Margaritaville?? in 2026? No joke!

Had plenty of taxis always waiting as r
No elevators, seaweed, nothing really to do at the resort. They showed that there was bingo etc but never saw anyone play. Other than the golf cart drivers no one was very nice. We ate at the restaurant one time. Very pricey and took food forever to come out. It was like if you asked for anything extra you received an attitude. No housekeeping, there were no sheets for the roll out couch and when we called it took over 2 hours to bring them. Even asking for towels took more then hour. The air never worked in our room. We called 3 times for someone to come look and they always said they didn’t see anything wrong. Room
Was not very clean, ice box looked original to room was rusty. Bathroom shower part needs some serious repairs. The battery on the keypad went out and couldn’t get into our room. Waited almost 40 min in the hot weather for someone to come fix it. Went to coffee shop waited for over 10 min for someone to check me out for 1 item. The 2 ladies never even made eye contact with me or said be with you in just a few and then when they finally came and checked me out no thank or anything. If we are ever to go back I will not stay at this location.
