Amazing nature and super friendly staff. Territory is so big and beautiful and of course alpacas are super cute
It’s probably better to avoid staying here on weekends. Other people’s weddings can really spoil the atmosphere if you’re looking for a calm and relaxing stay. Of course, the wedding guests were everywhere, laughing and celebrating their special day, which is completely understandable — but as a hotel guest, you’re not paying to be part of someone else’s celebration.
There were also fireworks around 10 PM, and we couldn’t really enjoy the lake park because it was occupied for wedding preparations.
The hotel did send us a message the day before informing us about the wedding and apologizing for the inconvenience. However, I wish they had let us know earlier — if I had known in advance how much it would affect our stay, I might have chosen to cancel or book another date.
The breakfast was okay, but for a hotel at this price point, I expected it to be better.

Grounds are stunning, views from the rooms are really incredible. The event space is world class.
Staff attitudes awful, rushed and verging on dismissive
The restaurant is basic, not premium with very few outside dining tables (mostly low lounge seating not suitable to eat on) wouldn’t ever return which is a shame

very nice and clean and beautiful nature, and the single room cottages are so beautiful compared to the double room cottage
the service 🙃is the thing that ruined the experince for us, it was very slow, the room was so hot and we asked several times for them to fix the problem and they didnt do anything until the end of the day, plus you have to pay for every facility in the resort so nothing was inclusive, everything is pricy so its hard enjoy your time there،،،،خدمة سيئه،مطبخ غير مجهز،لايجود ثلاجة ولا ميكرويف ولا مطاعم ولا توصيل من الخارج والتعامل مع العرب جذا سيء
