They did not provide a dental kit, I had to inquire about it for them to provide one.

For me it's functional, close to the airport and what you'd expect for this price and the hotel chain. Room is basic, comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a lovely stay at City Lodge Hotel GrandWest. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The surroundings were beautiful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
City Lodge GrandWest has a great location and beautiful surroundings, making it a convenient place to stay. However, the rooms are extremely small, there was no water provided in the room, the coffee was weak, and the windows could not be opened for fresh air. Considering the price, I did not feel it offered good value for money.
I would also recommend that the hotel warn guests travelling from the airport to take the longer, safer route rather than the shorter route, which can be extremely dangerous for visitors unfamiliar with the area.
Overall, a great location, but several improvements are needed to justify the cost.
