Nice stay in busy La Candelaria

The place is very well located in the busy neighborhood of La Candelaria but quiet enough. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Unfortunately we had a room just under the stairs so we could hear everyone going up and down. But among this, the hotel is really cute and above all the staff is amazing. Anna is the best ! She helped us a lot during our stay.

Great location, great value.

Great location near a fun part of Candelaria. Property was clean and modest. Staff friendly. I’ll be staying there again

The sound proofing isn’t perfect - I could hear the guests in the room above but maybe they were just very noisy!

Feels like being at home!

Lived this hotel, made me feel like I was at my own house.. cozy..super friendly staff..close to everything.

Everything you need

Very attentive staff who assisted me with checking in at 4am and let me chill in the upstairs terrace after my checkout when I was waiting for my flight. clean and spacious rooms with everything you need, thank you!

A reasonable hote, but basic and beware of the noise.

the location was good as it is in the calendario but not in the middle of party town.

the noise. the streets can be noisy early morning and the walls are thin.

The location was excellent. not noisy (S far as anywhere in Bogotá can be)

Well I got a very good price through Booking but I think that meant I got their worst room. it was cold and had a very awkward bathroom under the stairs. I guess I got what I paid for.

Great staff, poor location and shower.

The staff.

The shower was terrible. Hot, cold, hot, cold. They have signs in the room, saying not to eat in bed. That’s what people do in hotel rooms. I’ve never seen that before. The neighborhood is sketchy. Stay in Chapinero (Parque de la 93), instead.

Very comfortable bed and sheets. Nice hot shower.

Room was next to the street and a bit noisy. It's not a busy street though. In general most accomodations in La Candelaria are noisy due to the construction.

Lovely staff but won't come back because of noise (hard to sleep), basic hotel/room overall

location in the old town neighborhood

the bathroom was outside the bedroom, unlike what our booking said.. Extremely noisy: street noise, other room's noise; very hard to sleep because of that

Disappointing

The rooms were really nice.

The lady that worked there pretended to be nice but was absolutely unreasonable. She wanted to charge me 30 Mil pesos if I had a guest overnight. I totally understood because my room was for one person and offered to pay straight away. My friend didn't stay the night but she returned the next morning to visit. She then insisted that I had to pay another 30 Mil pesos because she left and came back. A total of 60 Mil for a visitor. There was no miscommunication as I speak fluent Spanish. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else therefore I took the time to write this. T

Solid hostel

Nice rooftop terrace, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good location in La Candelaria (footwalk distance to many attractions)

Shower is quite small and water temperature can change suddenly. Thin walls (other guests were noisy during the night)
