Pleasant, but could have been better considering the price.

The food was nice, the place was clean.

The location was not too great, there is only ONE bus for getting to and from the station for 17 people. Considering how big the hotel is, it is pretty wild to think that they think it is sufficient for only one bus, especially when it is an hour on the local bus from the station. The trip was for my mums birthday, staff weren’t very accomodating. I wondered if they had any candles, they did not.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Onsen

Very well equipped and large room. It was set up with both Western beds as well as Japanese futons. Bottled water with a hot and cold dispenser. There were two different onsen areas one with a large pool. The second one had several smaller pools. Both were very nice. Men and women's sections were separate with equal facilities. We enjoyed the extensive buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Parking was nearby.

Minor point but a couple of plugs for charging phones near the beds would have been nice.

かんないが全体に清潔感になり、とてもよかったです。アカスリ再開有り難う御座います。大変嬉しいです。夕方、朝食、シンプルで無駄が無く良いです。

食事、配膳を改善をすれば混雑しないと思われます。
