駐車場からスタッフが出迎えてくれた。荷物運びも手伝ってくださりチェックインもソファーで落ち着いてすることができた。また、お部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。赤ちゃん連れの旅行で荷物が多かったのでとてもありがたかったです。 早めにチェックインしに行ったのでラウンジでワインなどお酒を楽しむこともできて夫とリラックスして過ごすことができた。首の座っていないベビーでもバウンザーがあって安心してご飯も食べれました。３人家族になって初めての旅行を楽しめました！
お外のお風呂が暗すぎて見えなくて入るのが不安になってしまった。

Our stay at Iwaiyado Jyuan Nikko Kawaji onsen was a highlight of our stay in Japan. Funabiki-san prepared eight and nine course kaiseki meals each night, which were traditional and delicious. The inn is close to hiking at Ryuokyi gorge, Toshogu Shrine, Riano-ji Temple, Edo Wonderland, and other area sights, but also quiet and remote. This is a great way to experience the heart of Japan. We highly recommend and look forward to future stays!!!

Very nice place and big rooms. The service was excellent and the dinner was absolutely amazing.
The location is not amazing but it’s not too bad 5 mins walk to the station and they offer a shuttle bus

スタッフさんがどの方もとても親切丁寧でした。
温泉もとても気持ち良く、朝ごはんのみいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。
他の方も書いていますが、お部屋のお湯の温度を調節するのがとても難しかったです。
