Waste of Money

Honestly I will say nothing I liked about the property, I booked for deluxe room but got the store room to stay and the services are also very poor.

The room cleanliness the room view the room was without natural light the bulb used in the rooms were very dim, they don’t even provided us the towels heater sleepers. In short complete waste of money Completely unsatisfactory

Location is gud.

Room was too small & congested with no window. There is no mountain view. Toiletries is not available

Worst hotel room I've ever seen.

Absolutely nothing about this property is good.

There were tiny spiders every where in the room. The room had a very strong & weird smell. Pls avoid this property at all cost.

Not Value for money

Location was good, near to mall road but away from traffic.

Not value for money, expensive. Average Hotel with no restaurant and not much space to move around with in hotel.

My room was supposed to be a mountain view which was not the case for one room out of the two rooms i booked for my stay.

I really liked the way the staff delivered their service.

The room space could have been slightly large. Else, everything was perfect.

Overall stay was fair considering room size but some improvement in service can pull more crowd.

There were hardly any choice for breakfast and it was prepared after placing order which was time consuming as well. Location wise it wasn't pleasant and surrounding was crowded as well.

Preparation of room before check in wasn't satisfied. I had to ask for toilet paper. Even water bottle was provided only at check in and did not provide extra bottle for next day. I think these point can be worked upon by this hotel to improve service.

Property was not at all clean especially in the covid ,locks were broken of the rooms,no hygiene in kitchen or rooms washroom,no safety in the property,worst experience not worthy at all.

Good short term stay.

The shower was nice and clean, the bed was comftable and great room service. The staff was very nice and supplied great service

The staff didn't really speak english, which caused misunderstanding. The location was on a busy street so there was a lot of noise coming in to the room.

Hotel is pretty much on a good location. Staff was less during my stay & their behaviour was also good. Rooms are of good size not much but decent for 2 people. Try to ensure you get a room on first-second floor. Breakfast & overall food was good. I didn't like the chicken dishes much but no so bad either.

Washroom was clean. Staff were polite and courteous.

No proper parking available. Very high priced as against facilities/amenities available. Better deals were available near the Mall Road for lower pricing. No proper co ordination between Bookings.com and Treebo.
