The property has been finished and furnished to the highest standards, and would offer comfort and all mod cons. Due to its spacious size, this family friendly property would be an ideal choice for families, or a group of friends sharing. The property is spread over one large ground floor, and has approx 180 square meters, (1800 square feet) in size. The property is just a short walk away to the nearby seafront and beaches; and there are a number of small family friendly beaches in this area. Conveniently there is a local food market shop just a 2 minute walk away. The property is situated in a quaint small fishing village, in the magnificent Boka Bay; and is just 8 km distance away from the historical town of Herceg Novi. The property also includes a lovely garden terrace and swimming pool area; where guests can really enjoy their time, by either relaxing by the pool, or having a barbecue and eating in Mediterranean alfresco style. There are many local restaurants in this area to choose from; and guests can have a larger choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and boutiques in the nearby town of Herceg Novi. This property additionally benefits by having two safe and secure car parking spaces, reserved for staying guests. There are two bathrooms, fitted with showers, washbasin, mirror and toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi bathtub, washbasin, mirror and toilet. UTILITIES The property is well equipped for staying guests and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, reserve tank water supply, stone barbecue, outdoor furniture, swimming pool, etc.. GARDEN This property has a lovely terraced garden area; which is the perfect place for guests to unwind outdoors. The swimming pool is perfect for guests to cool down, over the long hot summer months. Additionally the garden space can be used for children playing, for having a lovely barbecue, all alfresco meals and for all other outdoor sociable activities. Please note that the garden has limited sea view. PARKING The property is supplied with two safe and secure parking spaces, situated to the rear of the building; which are reserved for staying guests. ACCESS The property has great access for staying guests, as its located on the ground floor of the building. The property is situated approx 200 meters from the seafront and beaches. Please note that there is one set of stairs leading down to the property, however it should be suitable for most guests. CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE The property is cleaned on a weekly basis, with a fresh set of bath towels and bed linen supplied on this day. DISTANCE FROM AIRPORTS Two major airports which are both around the same distance away approx 45 min - Tivat and Dubrovnik (Croatia). Rent Montenegro can arrange car transfers and rent a car service from all airports.

We spent two lovely weeks at this property with our four children, granddaughter and son's girlfriend so 8 people altogether. Pick up from Dubrovnik was efficiently arranged for us and Serge the property manager could not have been more helpful in advising us of where to shop and eat and arranging a wonderful boat trip to the blue cave and beyond. Communication with the owner Jack and Serge was at all times easy. The property is very close to shops, restaurants and the beach where we found the local people friendly and helpful. Transport was arranged back to Dubrovnik airport on our last day. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we have very happy memories of our first visit to Montenegro.

A superb property in an enviable location!
A superb property in an enviable location!
This property was extremely spacious with quality fittings throughout to a high standard. The swimming pool was a bonus too, especially with the afternoon heat which kept my children entertained for hours each day! The property is just a stones-throw from the beach and a nice selection of shops and restaurants, and the old town is not too far away. The landlord was friendly and contactable at all times. Overall a great apartment in a fantastic location, I would not hesitate in returning or referring to friends and family!
