Celebrating our annual

The apartments are very spacious and clean. They have a modern design with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is very refreshing and relaxing. Andjela was a fantastic host organising treats to celebrate our anniversary and taxis to get into Kotor. Would definitely stay again!

I don't usually rate accommodations I visit, but this was worth it. Magnificent view, super clean rooms and the host was incredibly helpful and kind, highly recommend.

Very nice place with a beautiful view! The staff were so kind and very helpful <3

We had to rent a scooter because of the location. No supermarket or anything nearby. But still worth it, and the scooter ride to Kotor Old Town was amazing!

Beautiful view, gorgeous apartment and felt so at home thanks to Andjela.

The property is beautiful and so well situated. Andjela is the most incredible host and had so many great recommendations. I couldn’t recommend this place more. A must stay!

Best view of Boka bay on a quiet place

Everything here is nice. View, apartment, pool, hosts. If you want to watch a sunset by a pool, with a view of Boka bay this is the best place for that. Rooms are very clean, and with plenty of space. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant.

Generally good but needs so more thought

Nice building with private gated parking and quite a few apartments all managed by our host who lives on site and was lovely and always available. Pool area nice but not enough sun beds, apartment nice but had a few minot issues but overall a great spot with decent very clean accommodation. Great Aircon, views, balcony and really comfy bed.

A little repair here and there would be nice - Mozzi screen to patio doors fell apart. No extractor - when cooking was a problem, very few electrical sockets so not able to plug many things in especially by the bed. Lighting so bright white it felt really start and un-homely, like a surgery waiting room, TV system not working at all - luckily we had lap tops with a VPN. 4 or 5 sunbeds which for so many apartments was a problem.

.It is a new big apartment with the access to the nice swimming pool. It contains everything what you need. Kotor is 5 to 10 minutes drive.

Very relaxing and the views were amazing

Felt very comfortable from the minute we entered. Andjela is a great host, always ready to help and replied to all my messages quickly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. All the appliances were working great and we had everything in the kitchen to cook breakfast if we needed it. The view was amazing, quiet area and even though they were more guests staying in the property there was never a noise issue. Just to be aware that I’d recommended to hire a car if you’d like to rent this accommodation. It is much much easier to get everywhere with a car and parking is available.

One of the nicest accommodation I have stayed at. Without a car it would be difficult to go there but the host provided us with a pick up from the airport for a fair price. The apartment was very clean, and the view at the bay breathtaking.

lovely view and host

very clean, lovely view and swimming pool and the host is very helpful and friendly

location was a bit of an issue, difficult if you don’t have a car and there is not much nearby, no shops or restaurants or public transport options. have to rely on taxis. when we booked it mentioned ‘private pool’ with the room we selected but the pool is communal and there are only a couple of penthouse apartments with a private hot tub. I can see that booking.com has fixed that error now but this was a bit of a disappointment for us. Also booking.com didn’t mention that the host only accepts cash, please take cash with you as you cannot pay by card and there is no atm nearby.

The view was beautiful from the balcony. Amazing sunsets every evening. The host Andjela was very welcoming. Everything was very clean. Pool with a view, and good privacy.

Amenities- Contemporary (5 stars out of 5) Services- Exceptional (5 stars out of 5) Location- 3 star of 5 Rate- Moderate P.S- Andgela owner of the Villa is simply amazing. She comes with good vibes and this great smile on her face. She is helpful!

1) Location. It is located in centre of Kotor Beach and Budva. One has to hire taxi to go to Kotor, which will cost €7 one side. Taxi to Budva will cost €27 approx one side. 2) Villa Preciosa is marketed wrongly on Booking.com. It says ‘Private Pool’ in booking.com, but the pool is sharing with other guests.

Very nice and affordable stay!

Very beautiful view, the host Andjela is always ready to help you. She even brought us a nice home made dessert (little donuts kind of thing). The room is clean, the balcony is bigger than I expected. Very nice pool and the pool area.

Nice hidden gem

Little away from dowtown kotor (15min by car) but still close, up on the hills with beautiful view overlooking bay (and airport). We choose there for the parking place for our car and also because of the swimming pool. Sunset from balcony are great and rooms are new and very confortable. Will come back for sure.

Just complicate to find and to enter with car when coming from kotor..be careful the road as you need do reverse to enter to parking

views are amazing swimming pool is clean and spacious rooms are new, spacious and very comfortable Kotor is only 5-10mins away by car

kitchen is not fully equiped (pots and pans) but we didnt need them (you can go easily to Kotor to have lunch/dinner)

Strongly recommend !

Very friendly host, nice and clean room, amazing view from the balcony and great infinity swimming pool :)

Air conditioning only in the living room, so it was quite hot in the bedroom.

You can find a better place

View from the terrace was great. Free parking

The bathroom was in unrateable condition. We notified the host about the missing shower door, which she happily confirmed that we are right, its broken. I can understand this factor, sometines things are getting broken, but at least it should be highlighted for us during check in, with some apologies. As because of the missing door, water was fully coming out from the shower, without providing or having any cleaning equipment. The drain was clogged, shower rose holder was also broken, toilet desk only the gods held it. Last but not least the whole bathroom (and because of it, the flat as well) was smelling terrible, which we could not solve during our stay. Room had a quite huge kitchen with lack of kitchen facilities. Ground coffee was provided, but there was no coffee machine.
