About this apartment rental
This property is thoroughly cleaned and then thoroughly sanitised.
Maximum precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests. Rooms are well aired, bedsheets and linen are washed at high temperatures, all surfaces are cleaned and then sanitised and we are mindful of other health and safety considerations such as supplying hand sanitiser, hand soap and single use amenities.
Newly renovated, the apartment is furnished in contemporary style to a high standard. The renovation includes new oak wood floors, new king size bed, new kitchen units, sound proof double pane windows, large wall mounted tv and new bathroom that features a Japanese style toilet. Luxury standards, portered secure building, amazing location in central london with easy access to bus (stop is just outside the building) and tube stations within a short walk- nearest tube stations are Kensington High street and Notting Hill. This is an ideal apartment to stay at. Prior to the renovation in 2018, guests boasted what a great location it was and a charming flat. Now it is renovated and up to 5 star standards in quality. Fresh and clean bedlinen and towels included- close to public transport- one king bed and a pull out sofa- No smoking. Supermarket as well as Whole Foods both two minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area. This area is amazing. It offers you an endless choice of places to eat and you are neighbours with Prince William and Princess Kate. Kensington Gardens is a couple minutes walk away.

This flat was a great find in Kensington. Very quiet and in a secure building. Just down the road from Notting Hill. Easy to get a cab to go into the city centre. We got there during the heat wave and I was concerned it would be too hot, but it was a cool space. Lina was very responsive and answered questions immediately. She sent videos on where to access keys, use the W/D etc. If/when I’m back, I’d stay there again.

After a 10.5 hour flight and ground transport from Heathrow Airport we were greeted in front of the property by the owner. The studio apt shows "pride of ownership" with "high end" finishes. The location could not be better, short walk to Kensington Palace, parks, restaurants, pubs and shopping. Bus transportation right in front and underground stations within a 5 min walk in two directions.I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation. Will rebook if available on my next visit to the UK. Thank you Lina, thank you. You are a premier host and it shows.
