great location on the lake - The staff that I encountered [bar staff - waitress - cleaners] were all friendly and professional
a microwave in the room and a wardrobe would have been welcomed- the stairs to the accommodation were very steep and any one with even a limited mobility issue would have issues traversing - I think this should have been mentioned in the hotels publicity

Location is amazing, overlooking the boat ramp to Lake Macquarie, accommodation easily accessible (does have stairs though) staff lovely and helpful, great shops nearby (favourites are the op shops and friendly local tattoo parlour)
Shower head is questionable, it does the job and lovely hot water but had to fiddle with the attachment to get a decent angle and stream

Nice sunset across the road.
Helpful staff.
Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.
Shower hasn’t been cleaned in months. Wouldn’t take much to clean it, lower tiles all brown , I Cld rub it off with my finger so wasn’t stained, wore thongs in shower.
No air, no window to open, no fans, so aircon or nothing.
