Very roomy and lovely and clean.
Just a minor issue, the volume button on my remote wouldn't work so I couldn't turn the tv down

It was clean, comfy and I like how I just had to type the code into the door, less stress about remembering a key everytime you leave.

Comfortable bed and a spacious room. Close to Newcastle and beaches
Rather basic but was OK for 1 night
BBQ was dirty and there was no lights so I couldnt use at night time

The location was easily accessible on our road trip north. The rooms were s good size and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the pet-friendly accommodation, sadly our cat passed before he could enjoy it with us, but it would’ve been well suited for his stay.
Bed bugs
After going to bed, we noticed creepy crawlies in the bed. On closer inspection, they were bed bugs. We contacted reception and were immediately given access to another room. That room was clear and we slept well. No discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience or the fact we then had to quarantine and hot wash all our clothing to make sure we didn’t carry any hitchhikers to other establishments on our journey.
