The location
It was comfortable but needs some renovations and tidying up

Great Location, great staff
Some aspects of the rooms need to be improved like there was an ope hole in the wall where wiring and dust visible, ceilings had paint peeling off, bathroom although reasonably clean had a stinky smell of sewer every regular interval something we can’t show someone on the spot

Price was the cheapest in Newcastle.
the view was pretty over the bay.
the bed was really uncomfortable.
the room was very old. The timber around the windows needed a paint.
The chairs outside on the deck were very old and weathered.
1 small container of milk for a 2 person room
The cutlery try was incomplete
very limited parking.
