The well stocked mini supermarket is just round the corner (5 minutes walking distance) and the large supermarket (Intermarche) is a 5 minute drive away. There are a number of bars and restaurants located around the beach where you can enjoy watching the sun go down over the Atlantic. ‘Restaurant Hill’ – 10 minutes walk from CasaJoy – has good restaurants abound, to suit any taste and pocket. These include; Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, French and of course traditional Portugese. The many Portugese restaurants serve a wide range of traditional dishes such as cataplana, feijoada and chicken piri piri, so do try something different during your stay.
