About this villa rental
Main Text Behind secure, electric gates, you will be greeted by a luxurious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa; with two lounges, dining room, games room, three terraces, a heated swimming pool and ample parking. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens full of vibrant colourful, sweet scented flowers and various fruit trees. With comfort a requisite, shaded areas with seating and facilities for al fresco dining are plentiful. To ensure guests’ enjoyment is attended to, British TV channels, two Jacuzzi baths, housekeeping service, towels, bedding and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. Relish the breath-taking views of the sea in one direction, and the Monchique mountain range in the other from the sizeable top terrace. The friendly town of Carvoeiro is a convenient 5-10 walk from Casa Joy, and has everything you need from a clean, pretty, sandy beach to an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops to suit every taste and purse. A useful mini supermarket is a couple of minutes’ walk, just around the corner.

This is a beautiful villa equipped with everything that you would need.The villa is very spacious and up together..we stayed with other family members and the 3 tiers worked perfectly for us as we all had a level each so not to disturb each other early morning or late night.The kitchen is a good size allowing everyone to muck through feeding times.The outside area is lovely and backs onto a cul de sac with no other villa looking in so great for privacy and very quiet, 1st floor balcony is great with a huge dining table and not a bad view, you can just see the ocean and the evening sky are gorgeous.. parking not a issue as you can easily park two suv on drive.For me this villa is a real winner lovely location with some amazing coast walks which we did early mornings 5.30am and the locals are very friendly..Most importantly and I believe this carry’s a lot of weight is how attentive the host Roy was. From the moment our booking was agreed, Roy was emailing and texting loads of info about the local area, where to eat, where to go for evening entertainment, giving great directions from airport and just generally answering all our questions quickly. I just knew he wanted us to have a fantastic stay, I felt it was never any bother contacting him, which is not always been the case in my experience. Also, the staff he employs to look after the villa are also very professional and respectful Thank you Roy for allowing us to share your home we had a wonderful week, J & family

Fantastic spacious property, ideal for family holiday. Lots of well set out areas available (terraces, garden seating, rooftop seating, inside) to suit all times of day. Lovely pool and great to have the pool table / games room as well.

We had an incredible two-week stay at Casa Joy in Carvoeiro. From the very beginning, Ray’s communication was outstanding – quick, clear, and always helpful. The villa itself was perfect: modern, beautifully maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably fit all 11 of us. Everything we needed was there, and it felt like a real home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the villa and Ray to anyone considering booking – you won’t be disappointed!

Casa Joy doesn't disappoint, Villa is very spacious we were a group of 14 and there was plenty of room. The pool is great the grounds are lovely and well maintained and gated so the kids couldn't escape. The kitchen is very well equipped and the games room was also well used. We had 3.5 families stay and all enjoyed the holiday just wish we could have stayed longer. The owners are very helpful and will answer any queries they've also compiled a very good guide book in the villa.Carvoeiro is a lovely town ideal for a family holiday although it is hilly getting back up to the villa from the town which is probably the only slightly negative thing I could say. I would definitely go back
