Great location, very quiet, lovely village by the river, 5 minutes walk to a great pub and restaurant. Plenty of other nice walks by the river and down to the next door village and another good pub. Nice people, and breakfast tray delivered to room was good too.
Just a couple of very minor points really, mattress could be a bit firmer, bathroom extractor fan is noisy and stays on a bit too long. Frosted glass in bathroom window so you don’t have to keep the blinds closed all the time would be good.

Fantastic setting in Hemmingford Grey. The rooms were lovely, with good en suite showers. Breakfast delivered to room at requested time and was lovely with plenty of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice and toast. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Checking in was easy with a message from owner with key codes, all very efficient. The owners were really friendly and our stay was perfect. Will definitely return and do some more walks and visit the local pub(The Cock) again for dinner which was really good.
Thanks for a lovely stay with our friends.

Nice breakfast but a bit more variety over our 4-day stay would have been pleasant. Parking was great. Very peaceful location.
Had we not bumped into one of the team, there would have been no welcome as such. There is no bar, lounge or such so all you're getting is literally bed and breakfast. The rooms don't get serviced which we found surprising. We do like fresh towels and sheets when we're away, although we understand the environmental ramifications.
