Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó apartman, illetve a szállásadó nagyon segítőkész és kedves. A helyszínen várt minket és segített felvinni a bőröndöket a 3. emeletre, továbbá sok hasznos információval ellátott bennünket (éttermek, látnivalók, strandok, hajókirándulások stb.). A parkolásban is nagyon segítőkész volt, mindig volt ingyenes, szabad hely az udvarban (ahogy írva is volt). Aki nagyobb méretű autóval érkezik, annak nehézkesebb lehet a parkolás, de megoldható (fel vannak festve a parkolóhelyek).
A matrac nagyon puha, így nem volt túl kényelmes számunkra (de persze ez egyéni probléma).

Muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y bien iluminado, con ventanas amplias en el baño y el cuarto. La cama es muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien al igual que el wifi. Marko es excelente anfitrion, él nos esperó, nos ayudo a subir el equipaje, nos explicó sobre las actividades para hacer en Split, nos dio recomendaciones muy útiles y siempre que le escribía para hacerle alguna consulta, me respondía rápido y siempre muy colaborador. Excelente!

La habitación estaba genial, la ubicación de categoría y que tuviera parking tan cerca del centro es un plus a tener muy en cuenta. Markus se portó de diez , dándonos todo tipo de recomendaciones .
Tercero sin ascensor , aunque Markus fue muy amable al ayudarnos con el equipaje.
