Very friendly staff during check in. Explained lots ot see around the city. Great air conditioning!
Just that the air conditioning was not adjustable, so it hit our faces in bed at night.

It was hard to know if the location would be great because we hadn’t been before. It ended up being amazing. Walked right into the castle walls with ample shopping and restaurants. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and looked just like the photos.

Location was perfect for exploring the city during our short stay. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Quiet location considering the location.
Smell from bathroom but receptionist immediately requested maintenance check and cleaning staff go back in.

We loved the location! The property is right outside the walls of Split’s Old Town, making it very easy to walk through the gate while still having convenient access to areas where Ubers and taxis can pick up and drop off. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs and allowing us to check in early. If early check-in isn’t available, the reception desk can also hold your luggage, which is very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. We found multiple clumps of long hair throughout the room that appeared to be from previous guests. Since we were only staying for two days, we chose not to make an issue of it, and it’s possible the cleaning was rushed to accommodate our early check-in. However, the cleanliness of the room could definitely have been better.
