Everything! Staff were super friendly’ they were quick to respond out of hours. Nothing was too much hassle. The room was beautiful the balcony was perfect! The room was spotless, complimentary hand soaps, body wash etc was a cute touch. Location was perfect!
The stairs to the apartment was a struggle with a 25kg suitcase. Not for the weak! But great form or exercise! Otherwise it was pretty perfect

Lots of stairs to get to the room. It is three floors up with no elevator, so quite the climb with all your baggage
