Wonderful stay, highly recommended

Location is perfect. A few mins walk into the old town. We booked the room with the terrace which excellent. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus to unwind after hours of walking. We stayed for 6 nights and we had a great night sleep, every night. Watch out if you are parking in the street, two zones, ensure you pay for the correct zone.

A bit of temperature in the swimming pool would have been nice, but i understand why it was not heated, not many guests due to the time of year.

Paradise in the city!

Perfectly located and a little piece of paradise in the middle of an extremely hot visit during August! Beautifully air conditioned rooms were the perfect retreat. Having a pool was also a wonderful treat. All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a fab stay!

Rooms not a hotel, so you can hear your neighbours coming, going and chatting. However, after a long day in Split, it’s really unlikely to impact your stay!

A little oasis located close to the old town and the port.

Spent 2 nights here in the middle of a very hot August and the outside area and pool was very very much appreciated. Was a tranquil retreat from the heat and the busyness of Split. The staff were very welcoming and were happy for us to use the pool for a while after we had checked out which was really useful. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend.

The only thing that we would have loved was a coffee machine in the bedroom 😊

You can't go wrong staying here

We stayed in the double room with a terrace which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having a kettle and free coffee/tea. The free light breakfast was also an added bonus. There is no on-site parking but we managed to find parking on a street nearby. The location is excellent, super close to the palace, restaurants, port and shops but the rooms are in a peaceful little oasis. The pool is perfect for cooling off and winding down after a busy day. Also have to give a big shout out to all of the staff who are super attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Not a huge issue but having a bigger mirror in the bedroom would be beneficial.

Great location, boutique charm but pricey.

The location is great, close to the old town and the harbour. It has a boutique charm and the pool, jacuzzi and terrace are a great calm oasis in lively Split.

For us and our 10 year old son, the room was a tight space. My sons’ bed was not comfortable, (to hard) according to him. The price (€ 312,-) is the most I ever spend on a single night on a room. Some coffee and water, juice and tiny croissants were served in the morning. The whole place is luxurious (the grand piano is suppose to wow a bit, maybe I just don’t get wowed by such things) and I think that Evala lacks warmth/personality. Something that makes you remember it by.

A little luxury hideaway right in the centre of Split. I didn’t want to leave!

The location is excellent as you are close to the old town but not in a noisy area. The pool was wonderful to have in the hot weather and it is also a nice place to sit with some shade, or also in the evening.

Lovely, comfortable break in a very well kept room in brilliant location to explore Split!

Property is very well decorated throughout, spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. The pool/hot tub area is really lovely too. Hosts Dino and Rose could not do enough for us.

Nothing really! We had some problems with our shower but these were really quickly addressed and solution provided as Dino & Rose are very responsive

Superb

The pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for a relaxing break. The rooms are very nice with big comfy beds and the staff are so nice and keep the place really clean.

Lively hotel and very helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they provided assistance with a trip to Hvar and lots of recommendations for food which were excellent. The pool area was very relaxing and we appreciated having somewhere to store luggage before check in and after check out. The location is a very short walk from old town and next to a supermarket which was useful.

Beautiful accommodation in the perfect location

A beautifully decorated room with a ridiculously comfy bed. It’s a great location, with only a very short walk to the Old Town. The pool and hot tub were great, and we especially liked that we were allowed to use both as late as 10pm. Really friendly staff (and great recommendations from Rosa), we’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautifully designed room and pool area 2 mins from Split Old Town

The location was great, 2 min walk into the old town which is lovely, and if you’re going on a day trip with an early ferry it’s not too far from the port. There’s also a supermarket downstairs where you can get a pastry for breakfast or any essentials. The room was really nicely decorated with a comfy bed, Netflix on tv and tea making facilities. The pool and hot tub area were really nice for chilling out in after a day of exploring. Would stay again if I was in the area, it’s quite good for a group of friends as it’s only got a few rooms so you could rent out the whole place and use as your own. We brought a car with us and parking is a bit of a nightmare in this area but the staff were helpful. In the end we parked on a residential road nearby and didn’t get a ticket so if you can’t find a space in the blue zone and don’t mind chancing it this is an option.

Could hear people coming in and out as our room was by the door but you do expect that anyway when you’re staying at a hotel/apartments.
