Nestled in Medulin, this lovely house for $618 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Villa Stella is a cozy holiday home with 7 bedrooms and a wellness penthouse, which offers a beautiful view of the bay of Medulin. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table. From there, there is a beautiful view of the pool and a covered terrace, where a dining table for 14 people, a gas grill and sun loungers stand. On the ground floor are 3 double bedrooms 180 x 200 centimeters and with a view of the swimming pool and the nature with private bathrooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200 centimeters and their own bathrooms, as well as a study with a computer. From all rooms there is a beautiful view of the sea, swimming pool and nature. On the second floor there is a peculiarity of the Villa Stella - a penthouse apartment of 70 square meters, a large covered terrace and sun loungers. From the terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay of Medulin and the surrounding area. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 centimeters) and a private bathroom, a sauna with a view of the sea, a room for daily rest, a mini-kitchen and an additional bathroom. Villa Stella is set on 630 square meters of rebuilt and landscaped grounds, suitable for families with children and pets and only 7 minutes walk from the sea and the beach. The location is very quiet and no traffic. Private heated pool with 45 Kvadratmetern, a solarium, a covered terrace with a dining room table, the grill equipment, a bicycle storage, 4 parking spaces, free Wi-fi, wellness, all rooms with air conditioning, underfloor heating ... The information given will make your stay at Villa Stella unforgettable and you will definitely want to come back. Thanks to its location, Villa Stella provides a starting point for visiting all the sights and natural beauties of this area. Our guests can after a short drive Medulin (a sandy beach, fun for teens and children, gastronomic offer, shops ...), Pomer (wonderful restaurants, beaches, a marina ...) and Premantura (the park Kamenjak with beautiful beaches, open and clean sea ...). The nearby motorway and local roads make it possible to reach Pula, Rovinj, the Brijuni National Park, the central Istria, and more ... We had a great time. The hot tub was a big bonus. The downside was that it sleeps 14 but only had 7 sunloungers and not enough cutlery and glasses. The overall experience was lovely and would totally go again. Lovely view from top balcony.
