Situated in Sussex County, this attractive house for $500 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The perfect setting for your beach vacation this Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the beautiful Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach is adjacent to the park and just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes two rear decks with views of the ocean and the park and a front deck overlooking the common area. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and new bathroom. The second level has a remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a separate deck. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.

Although there was sand throughout the place upon arrival, it was an awesome place to stay that was super close to the beach! We had a great time!

We are a family of ten and the house (which sleeps 12) more than accommodated us. The place was spacious, clean and best of all a two minute walk to the beach. Also, it was very convenient to Bethany, Dewey and Rehobeth — we spent an evening in each. I’d highly recommend this rental, without reservation.

Nice place for a week at the beach
Nice place, great owner, good location, nice beach. Some electrical outlets did not work. Bottom floor bedroom was a little damp and musty. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs.
Overall experience was good and would stay again if price would not increase

Family vacation fun!
We had the best time with our grown children on our Bethany vacation. The home was great and Greg was so responsive. I highly recommend the place if you want to be close to the beach and need lots of sleeping space.

The townhouse is in a great location, oceanside with easy walk to beach and access to Delaware Seashore. The unit was reasonably clean and outfitted with decent furniture, appliances and kitchen equipment. We enjoyed our stay.

The beach is limited to only guests of Tower Shores so it never gets too crowded. Our neighbors are always friendly and the neighborhood is so close to the beach. The owners provide several beach chairs, an umbrella and toys for kids. Although there are plenty of beds (I believe the house can sleep up to 14), only 6-8 can sit comfortably around the kitchen table. We recommend bringing a card table if you have more than 8 staying at the house. Overall, we loved our time at the house!

Great location!
Can’t beat the location. Inside was outdated and felt old. Umbrella was broken but we made it work. Greg was responsive so we appreciated that. We rented for 2 weeks. We left 3 days early.

Really nice property, good value and great host!
Greg, the owner, responded immediately to our last minute request for a long weekend stay at his townhouse, situated about 100 yards from a private beach. While a bit dated, the property is very clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the state park, with a bit of the ocean visible.

Bring your own TP rolls and toiletries!! We were only informed to bring our sheets and pillowcases (which we did). Imagine our surprise when we reached the place and kids couldn’t find any toilet roll or hand soap in any washroom. Ack!! They had to hold it in while we frantically searched every cabinet and closet to no avail. Then hold it in even longer to rush back into car and buy a TP roll from a store.
The best thing about this property is it’s location . It’s located a very short walk from beach. The beach was amazing!!! We loved it!! It was just what we needed after a long winter. It’s close to a nice seafood place Matt’s fish camp. Their seafood was pretty good … pricey…. but good. You can very easily walk there from the property or the beach.
The property is adequately clean and big enough for 6-8 people. It’s starting to age and can use some upgrades. Wifi worked well. There are beach chairs provided that you can take to the beach and other beach toys. They have a shower outside for you to wash off sand before entering the house. It got cold in the evening and the heating worked good. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we didn’t use it much.
Overall it was a good stay.

Great location!
We had a group of teenage girls in the basement and our family and grandparents in the rest of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and did not have any problems! We will probably be back again! Wheel of how close it is to the beach!

This is the third time our family has stayed here. The house is clean and spacious and the various choices of beds and bedrooms makes it versatile. Quick walk to the beach and tennis. The manager is great to work with.

Wonderful stay in Tower Shores
Greg was wonderful to work with and answered so many of our questions as we prepared for a visit in the midst of the pandemic. We fell in love with the neighborhood, had plenty of space to spread out on the private beach, enjoyed sunset views over the bay, and had multiple bathrooms to clean up in at the end of each day.
The only negatives are that you can hear the highway from the house, the outdoor shower didn’t feel clean enough for a shower (but perfect for a hose rinse off), and the dishes weren’t very clean when we got there (but that’s due to the last renters, not the cleaning service). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you, Greg, for your hospitality!

Great vacation
This property is conveniently located, with a short walk to the beach. There is plenty of space, and the room set up is very nice. I especially like how the bunk rooms can be divided. It is a spacious home. The efficiency with full bath is very helpful. It is great for people with limited ability for doing stairs.
We only missed the screened porch.
