I liked that the front desk staff were pleasant. I requested for an early check in upon arrival at 7am and was gladly and immediately accommodated for a fee.
Maybe the price is a little higher than other hotels. But given that it’s relatively new and modern, with excellent location, I guess you do need to pay for convenience.

Very nice place, just a few minutes from Central Station and MRT to the airport, many tourist sites also either in walking distance or easy to reach by MRT.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful - and a great view, especially at night! (Room on 14th floor)
No laundromat (but a coin laundry in easy walking distance), a/c only knows “very cold” and “extremely cold”…
