Nice flat for two in Soho

Excellent location right in the heart of London, within walking distance of virtually everything. I honestly can't imagine a better spot on the map. The keyless entry system with door codes was extremely convenient—no need to collect or manage keys. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, and all the necessary appliances. We also appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service and fresh bed linen change during our 8-night stay, which is quite uncommon for this type of accommodation. Communication was outstanding. Every question we had before and during our stay was answered almost immediately via chat.

There was not quite enough storage space for clothes. It was manageable for our one-week stay, but additional wardrobe or drawer space would be appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, and the shower head could use replacement. In fact, a bathroom upgrade would be a welcome improvement. The bedroom blinds were also partially broken and should be repaired or replaced. That said, these were relatively minor issues and did not detract from our overall experience. We had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

Our family had a great time, the flat met our needs and fit us well, would stay again.

The location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. I like the security of a personalized entry code.

Some areas (bottom of the coffee table) don’t seem to be cleaned regularly and left items dusty that were placed there. Would appreciate a shower shelf to put items and a small table between the wall and bathroom sink.

The location is perfect, apartment is renew and clean. Caroline is helpful and response. Bed is ok.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay of four nights.

The location was perfect: the supermarket was less than a five-minute walk away, Tottenham Court Road station was just as close, and you were right on Oxford Street. Chinatown and Piccadilly Circus were also only a short walk away. Everything was very clean, and we didn’t lack anything in terms of kitchen items and appliances. The check-in process using the access codes also worked smoothly without any problems.

The loud music at night was unbearable. The children couldn’t fall asleep until the music finally stopped around 11:45 p.m. They even said that their bed was partially vibrating because of how loud the music was.

Good location

Tap in bathroom sink didn’t work My one year old crawled on the floor as soon as we arrived and his knees and socks were filthy The sofa in living room is horrendous to sleep on, even for my 10 and 4 year old I am in no way snobby but the carpets and windows are so dirty need a good clean
