A lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Quality toiletries are supplied for your stay. A substantial bowl of fruit was supplied which was appreciated. All modern appliances and a well equipped kitchen. It is opposite the bus station where you can store your luggage in lockers if required.
Sometimes the hot water would run out.
The lift only to and from the level the apartment is on didn’t work but it did for all other floors. 🤨. The entry instructions stated “up the stairs”. I reported the lack of promised lift to the owners and was soon advised that both a technician and the owner had checked the lift and it was working. Annoyingly this could not be true as it was still not working which I reported again. I was then advised that it required a part and the technician would fix it shortly. This WAS true thankfully.

The property is amazing! It has all the facilities and it is very clean. They have thought to utilise all the spaces to the fullest.
Spacious beds with firm mattresses in both bedrooms that can help you relax from a busy day.
Washing machine and dryer to have your clothes clean and dry in no time.
Kitchen with all the kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, cookware and cutlery.
WiFi throughout the apartment and smart TVs for anyone who enjoys some relaxing time on the sofa.
The only minor thing is that the lift cannot take you to the floor and if you have suitcases, pushchair or any other big item, you will have to use the staircase. If you don’t mind it, the you will be fine.

it was a good size & had a good variety of facilities & equipment. the air conditioning was very good & the bedrooms were adequate in terms of storage space.
The kitchen & living space was good & the bedrooms too were decent.
The bathroom was very pokie & was not my idea of hygienic. there was no ventilation & I had major concerns over the toilet being suitable. you flushed the toilet even with the lid down & water splashed out onto the floor, splashing onto towels etc. this is where you’d clean your teeth & shower. not hygienic at all.
there is a bus station right opposite so very noisy & fumes everywhere very early & throughout the day so you couldn’t really relax with a nap or go & sit on the balcony. There is also a bar right underneath the property that is open most of the early hours so you are subject to people coming & going on bikes & cars sitting up drinking & talking all night with cigarette smoke drifting up. I wouldn’t consider any of this ‘luxury’.
There is a tv that didn’t have a great reception with most channels & a PlayStation that was faulty - I turned it on & it had technical issues.
they also only provided us with 3 towels for 4 people & we had to get on at the owners to organise a moderate clean - they did come in the end but it shouldn’t have been the struggle it was to get them to.
lastly I left my keys(my fault) I contacted them to ask them to send them to me at my cost & they quoted me €60 😂 to send some keys in an envelope..
this review is not bitter because of my keys, it’s an honest review of my stay. we paid good money in what was called ‘luxury’ read my findings & tell me it’s luxury..
lastly whoever lives above is quite noisy, first thing in the morning it sounded like they were rolling snooker balls along a wooden floor most of the time. not exactly peaceful & relaxing.
