After a 2 year delay we had a wonderful stay. Arriving early we were able to leave our luggage at the villa. We were 7 adults and 3 children age 3-7. The pool was used everyday. We never had a car but supermarket and restaurants all within walking distance. We knew there was no air conditioning but do think the fans need to be upgraded for the summer months. Would highly recommend for quiet family holiday

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our time with great pleasure. Despite the fact that the weather was a little windy, the rest got along well! The kids were just fascinated by the playground and the pool! Thank you so much Maria for such a great vacation!

Fijn verblijf
Heerlijk genoten van het huis en met name van het zwembad. Helaas geen airco, maar dat wisten we natuurlijk van te voren. Met de ventilatoren was het meestal goed te doen. De host reageert zeer snel en hoewel ze alleen Spaans spreekt, hebben we met Google Translate alles goed voor elkaar gekregen.
Voor de kinderen is het huis geweldig, ernorm veel speelgoed, glijbaan, schommel, trampoline, ze vermaakten zich prima.
De omgeving is rustig, maar verschillende winkels zijn op loopafstand.
Wij waren met 6 personen en dat is heel goed te doen, 8 tot 10 volwassenen zou echter wel krap worden.

Belle villa avec grand inventaire de cuisine et jeux
La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Le Maria est très réactive pour toute question et a résolu un problème de cuisinière en quelques heures un dimanche (ce que nous n'attentions pas). La piscine est de très bonne qualité. L'inventaire de la cuisine (casseroles, ...) est plus que complet. Il y a aussi de nombreux jeux pour tous les âges ä disposition. Bref cette location ne peut être que recommandée.

Une maison confortable et bien situee
La villa de Maria est confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons apprecié les jeux pour enfants, la grande cuisine et la terrasse. La piscine etait bien entretenue mais un peu froide (normal a la fin octobre). La villa est tres bien située, le marché de l'hospitalet est a 10min a pied le dimanche et la plage encore plus pres. Nous avons facilement pu rayonner vers Salou, vers la cite romaine de Taragonne, et vers les criques de la Costa Daurada. Nous recommendons volontiers la villa de Maria !

Schöner Familien-Herbsturlaub
Wir fahren mit 2 Familien (5 Kindern) in den Herbstferien in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist geräumig und bietet genug Platz für alle. Auch sind die Schränke in jedem Zimmer groß genug, um alle Sachen unterzubringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und besonders am Grill draußen macht das Essen zubereiten Spaß. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Rutsche ist ein kleines Highlight. Ansonsten sind viele Spielzeuge vorhanden, so dass keine Langeweile bei den Kindern aufkommt. Zum Strand sind wir zu Fuß gegangen (15 bis 20 Minuten) und in näherer Umgebung sind viele Supermärkte vorhanden. Der Strand ist in einem tollen Zustand, feiner Sand und keine großen Steine im Meer. Alles in Allem lohnt ein Aufenthalt in dem Haus!

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend
Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 2 Familien, jede Familie hat einen eigenen Bereich mit zwei Zimmern, Bad und Flur. Vielfältige Ausstattung, neben Pool mit Rutsche und Liegen auch Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch, Tischkicker, Trampolin und vieles mehr vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin und immer kurzfristig erreichbar. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Strand, Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants) und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolle Umgebung zum Radfahren und Wandern.

Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe, alles hat wunderbar gekappt. Wir (6 Erwachsene und ein 2jähriges Kind) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht, wo uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Fazit: wir würden jederzeit unsere Ferien hier verbringen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

De belles prestation avec des chambres confortable sur la literie.
La piscine est assez grande et profonde au bout, parfait pour nous rafraîchir.
Un petit bémol sur les ustensiles de cuisine. Pas assez de plats, poêles, verres à bière, verre à vins pour faire de la cuisine pour 10.
Malgré tout nous recommandons la villa.

Très bel endroit au calme et proche plages et commerces
A proximité de belles plages, et de plusieurs criques. Secteur résidentiel au calme, à 10min à pieds des commerces. Nous étions 4 adultes et 6 enfants et avons profité un maximum de la piscine, du BBQ et de la table extérieure abritée du soleil, et de la douche extérieure. La 5ème chambre très petite est plutôt faite pour une seule personne (sommier supplémentaire sous lit en dépannage mais alors plus de place au sol). A recommander sans hésitation jusqu’à 9 personnes. C’est aussi à moins de 30 min de Port Aventura, un incontournable que nos ados ont adoré. Bref une super adresse!

Tolles Haus
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsen und 4 Kindern angereist. Das Objekt ist live besser wie beschrieben und liegt in einer echt ruhige Gegend. Trotzdem ist alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen .Perfekt zum entspannen, genau das richtige für einen tollen Urlaub. Der pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist sehr begehrt gewesen. Die Zimmer waren auch alle super aufgeteilt und sauber einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Außenbereich bietet alles von Entspannung bis zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten, sodas das schöne Wohnzimmer nicht ein mal benutzt wurde. Die Strände sind auch super zu Fuß zu erreichen oder man nutzt die kostenlosen Parkplätze . Die ganze Gegend ist sehr sauber und die Menschen sind super freundlich. Der Ort bietet schöne Berge in den man wandern kann und eine unbeschreibliche Aussicht bekommt. Die Vermieter Familie ist sehr freundlich und haben uns auf jede frage schnell geantwortet .
Wir haben uns verliebt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus!
Wir (5 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) sind super zufrieden gewesen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Maria und Eloy war top.
Das Haus ist top, gute Aufteilung der Zimmer und die Größe auch. Wie zwei Trackte kann man sagen.
Wohnzimmer brauchten wir gar nicht , die Terasse war unser Wohnzimmer für gemütliche Abende.
Die Außendusche war prima, haben wir nur benutzt anstatt drinnen.
Supermärkte waren mit Auto und zu Fuß prima zu erreichen.
Strand war auch ca 10-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Aber wir liebten den tollen Pool, der auch einmal die Woche gereinigt wurde.
Für Kinder gibt es ganz viel zum Spielen, man brauchte nichts kaufen für den Strand.
Wir kommen Aufjedenfall noch wieder.

Fantastic villa aimed at families
This villa is perfect for families. It has everything you need to keep the kids entertained for your whole holiday. The kitchen is extremely well equipped making cooking for a lot of people a breeze. The villa is very spacious and easily houses 10 people without feeling full. The surrounding area is quiet but has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Big esclat supermarket 10 minutes away and train station 5 minutes walk. The owner is on hand whenever you need her. She is very friendly and will communicate via google translate if required. Absolutely loved staying here and would happily return!! 5 stars!!

Schönes Haus
Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das einzige was vielleicht fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage im Haus ansonsten alles super! María und ihre Tocher sind sehr nett!!

Zeer praktisch, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, ideale vakantiewoning
We verbleven 2 weken, we hebben er een super vakantie gehad. Het huis is rustig gelegen en je zit toch overal dichtbij ( centrum, winkels, strand), en je zit dicht bij grotere meer toeristische stadjes. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (vaatwas, wasmachine, keukenbenodigdheden, ventilators, 2 fietsen,...). De bedden zijn goed, we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het zwembad is zalig, er is ook een buitendouche met warm water, het terras is ideaal. Er is heel veel speelgoed voor de kinderen (zowel binnenspeelgoed als buitenspeelgoed), zij hebben de tijd van hun leven gehad!
Het stadje l’hospitalet is dichtbij (10 minuutjes wandelen) alsook het strand. Je kan er makkelijk dicht bij het strand parkeren wat handig is als je veel spullen meehebt. De avondmarkt in Miami playa is de moeite, ook de markt in l’hospitalet. Nabijgelegen stad Cambrils is een aanrader, vandaaruit ook boottocht gedaan. Waterpretpark in Salou was ook een topper.
In l’hospitalet is er elke avond een klein maar leuk avondmarktje, er speelt elke avond live muziek aan pianobar El Buho wat voor een toffe sfeer zorgt. Ons favoriete restaurant in de haven was Safari, superlekker, niet duur, zeer vriendelijk en kinderen waren er zeer welkom.
María is een superlieve vrouw, ze antwoordt altijd rap op je mails en staat altijd paraat als je vragen hebt. We hebben er een fantastische vakantie gehad en keren zeker nog terug.

Todo lo que necesitas para desconectar
En primer lugar decir que la casa está perfectamente equipada, tienes de todo y más, las playa a 10 minutos caminando, o en coche sin problema de estacionamiento. En el pueblo a cinco minutos encuentras de todo, bancos, tiendas, bares,etc. Hay supermercados muy cerca, Esclat, Mercadona, Área de Guisona, Día. En cuanto el trato con la propietaria, excelente, atenta y sin problema alguno. Excelente estancia de una semana.

Perfektes Haus für Familien
Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern (3 und 1 Jahre alt), 1 Oma und 1 Hund in dieses wundervolle Haus gefahren. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie braucht. Große Zimmer, die toll und liebevoll eingerichtet sind, großes Wohn-/Esszimmer und ein toller Garten mit einem super Pool. Es gibt einen großen Spielebereich im Wintergarten, in dem sich unsere Kleinen mit dem ganzen vorhandenen Spielzeug richtig austoben konnten (von Kaufladen über Schreibtafel, Werkbank bis hin zu Billiardtisch und Kicker). Auch im Garten sind die Kinder sehr glücklich geworden: Neben der Schaukel und dem Trampolin war der Pool natürlich das Highlight!!
Für größere Kinder gibt es sogar eine Wii.
Maria ist sehr nett, hat sich um alles am Haus gekümmert und wenn eine Frage oder Problem da war, wurde das sofort geklärt / gelöst.
Die Straße ist wenig befahren und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarn hatten allerdings alle ihre Hunde draußen, das war leider immer sehr laut, weil bei jedem Fußgänger das Kläfferkonzert losging.
Das Haus liegt sozusagen auf an der Grenze von Miami Platja zu Hospitalet de L'Infant. In die "Stadt" Hospitalet geht man unter 5 Minuten, zum "Kern" von Miami Platja dauert es etwas länger (ca. 25 Minuten). Der Strand Playa Cristall ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar und eignet sich sehr zum Schwimmen und erholen. An der Promenade finden sich auch einige Bars und Restaurants. Achtung: Viele haben andere Öffnungszeiten in der Vorsaison, manche sogar gar nicht auf!
Cambrils, Tarragona und Salou eigenen sich sehr gut als Ausflugsziele (ca 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto), ebenfalls der Aquapolis Park (Wasserpark mit Delfinshow). Barcelona ist hingegen ca. 1,5-2h entfernt, mit unseren kleinen Kindern war uns das zu weit, ist aber dennoch möglich. Die Bahn fährt vom Bahnhof Hospitalet ca. 1,5-2h nach Barcelona.
Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr erholsame Zeit, insbesondere dadurch, dass alles im Haus vorhanden und eingerichtet war, fühlte es sich sogar ein bischen wie "zuhause" an! :-)
Volle 5 Sterne für das Haus! Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es perfekt!

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus
Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein kleiner Hund.
Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und jeder hatte die Möglichkeit auch mal seine Ruhe zu haben. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich, spricht aber nur spanisch was mit Google aber heute kein Problem mehr ist. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bilder, man braucht nichts von zu Hause mitzu nehmen. Nur die Fahrräder haben gefehlt.
Wenn Maria uns läßt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 15 jours,6 adultes et 3 enfants,accueil de la propriétaire très agréable mais ne parle pas français mais à un traducteur automatique. Villa trés grande, spacieuse, grandes pièces, très bien équipée, un environnement très calme, grand extérieur espace convivial très pratique avec l'abri pour manger, une piscine profonde 2M et bien entretenue.nous recommandons vivement cette location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a very clean and well-equipped holiday home and it offers ample space in the exterior for the kids to run around and play and for the adults to lounge around the pool (there are plenty of sun loungers to do so) or sit around the large garden table. The BBQ facilities are in excellent shape, too. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk through a quite neighborhood, supermarkets and shops in the center of L'Hospitalet d'Infant are a mere five minutes away. More shops and restaurants are located along the N-340 road and can be reached either by car or walking. The owner is very reliable and helpful.
