Situated in Sanibel Island, this attractive house for $722 per night is a great option for your next vacation. COMPLETELY REMODLED AND NOW AVAILABLE as of April 1, 2023. THE SEA SHELLING IS AMAZING. Jerry's, Doc Ford's, Mucky Duck, Traders and 15 other restaurants are now open. Sanibel Island has been consistently ranked in the top 10 beaches in North America. Arthur Frommer's a well-known vacation destination expert recently named Sanibel Island one of his top vacation destination in the world. Sanibel Island has sand so fine that it feels like flour between your toes and boasts some of the best shelling in the world. It is very tropical, non-commercial, clean, friendly and has a huge appreciation of wildlife and the arts. A frequent vacation destination for Europeans. My townhouse has a furnished cabana with a refrigerator. You can enjoy the island using over 25 miles of bike paths and I furnish 6 adult bikes with helmets for your pleasure in the garage. The townhouse/beach house has the "blast" package that has a high-speed internet speed of 300 Mbps, Wifi and HDTV. It has Showtime and Turner Classics movie channel. and additional sports channels. There are plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler and a cart to bring everything to the beach, plus .8 adult bikes with helmets, boogies boards, sand toys, and fishing poles all in the two car garage.. It has good fishing, boating and many delicious restaurants on the Island. Great relaxing destination from the big city life. Golden Beach is a great secluded Gulf front townhome (beach house). Located at the end of Southwinds Drive, this 4-unit complex is a getaway from the hustle and bustle, but still within driving distance to excellent restaurants, recreational activities and shopping. ALSO CHECKOUT LISTING # 268046 A GULF FRONT TWO BEDROOM CONDO FOR SMALLER GROUPS As you enter the townhome, you experience the spacious open kitchen, living and dining room area is furnished with island appeal. In this three story townhome, guests enjoy a magnificent, panoramic, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor. The bathrooms were recently remodeled with granite countertops and twin sinks. Two of the bedrooms on the third floor face the Gulf of Mexico, so you can enjoy watching the sun rise and set and listen to the surf.. All of the furniture in the lanai, living room, dining room and bar stools are brand new. New master king size bed mattress/box springs with "Elite mattress (April. 2023), brand new second bedroom king size mattress/box springs and two new twin beds with "Elite" mattresses/box springs (April, 2023). There is a brand new sleeper sofa/hide-a-bed with extra thick 8" mattress, love seat (April, 2023) in the living room. Also a new heating/AC system, 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room and 45 inch flat screen TVs in the bedrooms that face the Gulf of Mexico. New washer/dryer, hot water heater .and refrigerator in the cabana. The entire townhome was painted inside and outside and deep cleaned (April, 2023). The windows/sliding doors were replaced with high impact hurricane glass also in April, 2023. All of the appliances in the kitchen and Kuerig and regular coffee makers are in the completely furnished kitchen.. The pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and there is the pool patio, plus an additional patio between the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The down stairs cabana is furnished and includes a refrigerator. A full two car garage is a nice added feature. We welcome your pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $300. There are no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. There is a fee for more than one dog. The property sleeps 8 people comfortably and I spent over $250,000 recently to update my gulf front townhome. I invite you to stay at my home away from home! Jim Heckert

Located on one of the more private areas of Sanibel. Top rate service and communication. Very handy to the restaurants we like yet very private. Nice pool. Absolutely the best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. Anything you could want in the garage from bikes chairs and beach carts to floats, tools, and toys. The shelling is the best I have ever seen in Sanibel. We gathered an entire large beach cart full of amazing shells during the week, picked out favorites and dumped the rest on the beach. We had a "feeding frenzy" from the other tourists the next morning. This was a pile 3 feet across and 2 feet high!

This property was amazing. The views were out of this world. Especially the one from the master bedrooms. Waking up to the sunrises everyday is like a dream. The owner Jim is one of the best property owners I've ever worked with. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was very nice to work in. Large living space made it nice to lounge around. It was great to have all the beach supplies as well. Chairs, bikes, umbrella, and a wagon to boot. Made taking all your stuff to the beach effortless. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

We very much enjoyed staying at Jim's townhome! The views from the master bedroom/spare room and whole downstairs are amazing! I cooked breakfast while watching dolphins! We found ourselves sitting and watching the waves very often! The beach was so close, closer than any other place I have stayed on Sanibel.10/10 would stay here again! Jim is very quick to reply if you need to contact him for anything, from check in to check out the process was very smooth. Thank you Jim!

Great stay!!! Rental was super clean and accommodating. All new appliances and very updated. Provided all amenities and went above and beyond with communication and information. Owner was readily available for questions, etc. Couldn’t have rented from a nicer person. Loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach towels. Shelling was phenomenal. thank you. Hope to be back.

We had a great time. Golden Beach 4 was clean and equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation. The unit was clean and well organized. The view is incredible. The beach was quiet and relaxing. The service was first class. The calls to see if we needed anything or to offer recommendations for dinner was world class service. I have been going to Sanibel and Captiva for 40 years and this was the best accommodations and service!

This unit is just yards from the beach! A wonderful, quiet home and beach. Owner provides numerous chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floats and even wagons to carry the items. The first floor cabana was perfect and we used it everyday! Good location on the island. Jim is personable, responsive and made great recommendations.

Golden Beach #4 was perfect for my family. Our ages ranged from 6 to 69. The condo is spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The beach was not crowded and the shelling was great. We appreciated the beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and bicycles that were provided. Jim was a great host!

Excellent Stay
Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) stayed here for spring break 2022. We had a wonderful time - owner was very responsive prior to our arrival and upon arrival. The condo is situated right on the beachfront, the beds were comfortable. The unit is equipped with bikes which was wonderful. We used them every day. Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc all provided. We had a great time. Would stay here again.

We had the best time and the property owner Jim even called and checked up on us during our stay. The views from the entire home were breathtaking and our two small dogs were very comfortable and happy there with us as well. Location, location, location!
This was a lovely home with a beautiful living space and absolutely the best beach location! We shelled, walked, went swimming in pool and gulf, visited Ding Darling almost every day and enjoyed each other’s company. My dad got awesome sunrise and bird photos. Dreamy! Stairs were necessary but a challenge for some of us! Our dogs were thrilled to go on vacation with us and taking them out down the stairs gave me a great fitness opportunity! 😊Communication was great. Hope to return.

Condo has lots of space and is very well equipped for an active beach vacation. Beach chairs, cart, bikes, bbq grill, etc. were all in good working order.
The condo itself has great views of the water & has a fantastic floorplan....very open.
The owner is involved & checked on us a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was going well.
I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, family type of getaway.

You cannot help but be overwhelmed by the amazing gulf views as soon as you walk in the door. From beginning to end our stay was smooth, pleasant, peaceful, and overall just plain amazing.
From the initial reservation through check in, communicating with the owner was a breeze and any information I needed was just a phone call away. Check in was easy. We arrived after hours and were able to pick up our keys with an information packet that provided a lot of local knowledge of the area in addition to clear directions for anything you would need to know about the house. We really appreciated the phone call from the owner the next morning after checking in. Everything was great so we didn’t need anything but the gesture was very appreciated.
The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Just about every kitchen utensil you could possibly need was there, I think this was the first time I didn’t need to buy anything to supplement what was missing.
We really enjoyed the privacy of only a 4-unit development. The easy access to the beach, the almost private pool, and the serenity of the views all add up to pure bliss. We were already talking about a return trip on day 2.

Great Beach Stay
We had a wonderful week and the accommodations were great! No unexpected surprises! We LOVED having bikes available for use on the property and beach chairs and umbrellas. SO close to the beach it was effortless to go to the beach and pool. Sanibel and Captiva were great too…our first visit. Would definitely return!
