Wunderschöne Gegend, gutes Haus, enttäuschender Kontakt danach
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Zoutelande und im Haus haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Leider haben wir Jeanette nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie war nie vor Ort. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war gut mit ihr. Das Haus ist funktional, der Garten ruhig und gross, die Einrichtung ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war grundsätzlich geputzt, aber trotzdem teilweise staubig, das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber, der Abfall der Vormieter schlecht getrennt, etc. aber alles nicht schlimm! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Leider haben wir nicht jeden Schaden gemeldet und wir sind sehr enttäuscht, dass uns danach von Jeannette ein Schaden verrechnet wurde, den wir nicht verursacht haben und weitere, teilweise sogar gemeldete Schäden, vorgeworfen wurden. Ganz offensichtlich war sie vor unserem Besuch nicht im Haus, nur danach und meint nun, wir hätten den Sachen nicht Sorge gegeben. Bis anhin hatten wir von Vermietern immer sehr positive Rückmeldungen über unsere Ehrlichkeit und dass wir die Objekte ordentlich zurücklassen. Ich empfehle weiteren Gästen, Schäden gut zu dokumentieren, dann haben Sie bestimmt einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus!

Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft und sehr zufrieden. Die Möbel sind stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Die Elektrogeräte sind einwandfrei. Die Lage ist optimal. Es ist nah zum Strand und trotzdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe der Unterkunft. Die Terrasse, nach hinten raus, lädt zum verweilen ein und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls problemlos. Wir würden diese Unterkunft, geeignet für 6 Personen, wieder wählen.

Das Haus enthält alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auf der Terrasse haben wir die Sonne genossen.

Tolles Haus! Schöner Ort und Umgebung! Sehr nette Gastgeberin!
Wir (3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben wunderschöne 3 Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und schön groß. Wir haben uns von Anfang an direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage unweit des Strandes ist klasse.
Die Gastgeberin Jeannette war einfach zauberhaft - sehr nett und sehr gastfreundlich. Alles total unkompliziert.
Alles sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Lage
Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man im Haushalt für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Austauch mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und sie hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns (Familie mit drei Kindern) in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leuke locatie van alle gemakken voorzien
De communicatie verliep direct met de eigenaresse en was allervriendelijkst.
Zelden een huisje gehuurd met zo'n goed voorziene keuken. Accommodatie is verder prima met mooi uitzicht over de velden aan de achterkant. Wij hadden prachtig weer en zijn daarom veel buiten geweest. Een lekkere strandstoel was daarom wel een gemis.
De slaapkamers zijn ook prima evenals de badkamers. De weg aan de voorkant is wel een racebaan en daardoor luidruchtig.

Fijne locatie, mooie woning, maar beddegoed, wc papier en handdoeken waren niet aanwezig , of konden worden gehuurd.

Tolle Lage, sehr komfortables Haus
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem schön gelegenen, gemütlichen, sehr komfortabel eingerichteten Haus. Haus und Garten bieten genügend Raum, auch für einen Schlechtwettertag mit der Familie. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist ländlich gelegen in fußläufig erreichbarer Nähe zum Strand. Es befindet sich auf der Verbindungsstraße von Zoutelande nach Westkapelle. Dort ist Tempo 80 erlaubt. Toll war der große Garten mit Fußballtor und Schaukeln. Der Rasen wird regelmäßig gemäht, so dass er auch wirklich gut nutzbar ist. Das Haus selber ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, wenn auch teils sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen, Bettzeug und Überzüge sind ordentlich und neu. Einzig im Schlafzimmer zur Straße hat es leicht muffig (aber nicht nach Schimmel) gerochen. Daher hatten wir nachts die Fenster über offen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Jeanette war immer sehr herzlich und offen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte zur Preisstruktur vor Ort und war absolut akzeptabel.

Schönes Haus für Familienurlaub
Das Haus liegt direkt hinter dem Deich - der wunderschöne,feinsandige Strand in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal für Kinder,geht ewig flach rein.Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit Fußballtor und Schaukeln,eine Terrasse mit Tisch,Stühlen und mit Grill und auch im Haus ist Alles vorhanden was man so braucht - auch Babybettchen,Hochstühle etc.Die Bäder sind neu,ansonsten ist das Ganze sicher ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen,das tut aber keinen Abbruch.
Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu Unternehmen- vor Allem für Familien absolut ideales Haus und Ausgangspunkt.

Super Haus, tolle Besitzer
Alles in allem ein super ferienhaus. Etwas ab vom Schuss und nicht mitten im Touristen Trubel. aber gut mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar. Das Haus hat uns super gefallen, der Strand war nicht weit entfernt und es hatte alles was wir brauchten mit 4 erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind.

Heerlijke korte vakantie
We hebben genoten van een heerlijke korte vakantie. Vlak bij het strand, maar voldoende afstand van het drukkere dorpje. Het huisje had meer dan voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. De schommel en het grasveldje vielen in de smaak bij de kinderen.

Perfect huisje voor strand en uitvalshoeken
Leuk, gezellig huisje! Met name de dieren (fazant, konijnen, herten en ganzen) die in het weiland erachter in alle vrijheid steeds te zien zijn, geven direct een vakantiegevoel. Het huis zelf heeft in de basis alle voorzieningen en is gezellig (wel zelf alle bed-, bad- en afwastextiel meenemen). We raden dit huis aan! We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

op zoek naar rust en een veilige vakantie ivm Covid19, dan is deze locatie perfect. Ruime woning met alle gemakken zoals vaatwasser en smart tv. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Zoutelande is dichtbij met alle handige voorzieningen zoals supermarkt en bakkerij. En nog voldoende horeca waar take-way besteld kan worden. Aanrader!

Ideal für einen Familienurlaub
Das Haus ist für einen entspannten Familienurlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Besonders schön ist der große Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Wiese und Terrasse laden zum Verweilen und Spielen ein. Ideale Bedingungen auch mit Kleinkind. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Meer und den Strandpavillons.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hilfreiche, unkomplizierte und entgegenkommende Kommunikation mit Frau Leijnse in Bezug auf die Corona-Pandemie. Vielen Dank dafür!
Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes und familientaugliches Ferienhäuschen in Strandnähe
Wir haben ein recht großes, sehr gut gepflegtes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für unsere 2 Wochen in Zoutelande vorgefunden.
Die Wohnküche ist sehr groß, dass hat auch für 5 Personen bei etwas schlechterem Wetter gut gepasst. Auch die Schlafräume waren für uns ausreichend groß und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft war sauber, alle wichtigen Geräte waren vorhanden und haben tadellos funktioniert.
Das Haus selbst liegt etwas westlich von Zoutelande an einer Landstrasse, von der man aber allgemein und insbesondere Nachts nicht sehr viel mitbekommen hat. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 500m, zum Jumbo-Supermarkt sind es etwa 2km. Rund um das Haus gibt es einige Wandermöglichkeiten, und Reitställe sind auch nicht allzu weit weg. Auch die umliegenden Städtchen wie Domburg, Middelburg und Vlissingen sind recht schöne Ausflugsziele.
Hervorheben möchte ich auch die tolle und entgegenkommende Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, Frau Leijnse. Das war insbesondere in den doch recht turbulenten Coronazeiten sehr hilfreich.
Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtige accommodatie dichtbij strand
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Prachtige accommodatie en ideale ligging. Op loopafstand van het strand. De tuin is heerlijk ruim en we hebben in de avonduren vaak reeën gezien.
Het gedeelte naast ons was bezet door familie van de verhuurder. Fijne mensen die rekening hielden met ons gezin en gaven ons veel privacy.
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad en raden deze accommodatie aan.

Sfeervolle goed ingerichte vakantiewonimg met ruime tuin en terras, ingesteld op kleine kinderen. Dichtbij het strand. Keuze uit meerdere strandovergangen. Ruim landelijk uitzicht aan de achterzijde. In slaapkamer boven is verkeer hoorbaar, beneden niet. Naastgelegen woning was tijdelijk ook verhuurd, Vereist wat rekening houden met elkaar.

Heerlijk vrij gelegen vakantiehuis
Wij hebben met ons gezin een lang weekend doorgebracht in dit huis gelegen tussen Zoutelande en Westkapelle. Het huis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen ; ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de grote tuin met fijne stoelen, ligbedden èn hangmat werden erg gewaardeerd. Kortom een heerlijk vakantiehuis waar we zeker nog naar terug zouden willen gaan.
